I went in with a picture that was fairly simple and my stylist looked at it for 30 secs then carelessly cut off a bunch of my hair. After blow drying it and straightening it looked worse than when I wake up. I honestly could have cut my hair better myself, and will next time. This place is fine for buzz cuts but anything more than that they are not capable of handling.
