Shelby Lockwell

Horrible service. I went in for a dimensional blonde with tiny lowlights, came out looking like a skunk. CHUNKY highlights and lowlights throughout my entire head. (Mind you the process only took about 20-30 minutes, which is way too fast for a color). Online and on the receipt the store policy says if you are unsatisfied you can come back in within 5 days and they will fix it at no charge. The very next day I called and told them I needed it fixed and the MANAGER who also did my hair, said it would be an additional charge. I was blown away. Charge me for your mistake? No. I will never go back. They try and act like they care about your hair but they dont. Its all a show. The salon is nice but they need more experienced, trendy stylists who care about their clients. If you want decent looking hair or a new style, spend your money elsewhere they are definitely not worth it. This salon is mainly for families and people who want simple haircuts.

Horrible. Awful. Terrible. My cut is hideous and my color is half done. I went in for ombre and the only thing that was colored was the ends of my hair. The top of my head was never touched leaving gray hair for all to see. The cut took all of five minutes and left me with a lifeless mess with no style whatsoever. Called to try and go back in to have things redone and specifically told the person who answered the phone that I did not want to same stylist. 15 minutes later I get a call from the same stylist asking me what is wrong and will I come back to see her. Save yourself the trouble, pay the extra money and go somewhere else.

Its a very cool salon. My hairdresser was very nice and knowledgeable. I went with a rose gold color and I didnt really see a difference in my hair color. She did offer for me to come back and put some rose color in it. I drove an hour because it was recommended. Maybe it was my type of hair that didnt hold the color, not sure but I spent a lot money and time and it wasnt what I was looking for.

I have never had better care and better outcomes than from here! Great people, great location, fantastic and attractive facility. Dont hesitate to give these fine folks a try!

I loved my pedicure and manicure with Hillary! She did a fabulous job and was always concerned about the pressure she was using and if I had any problems. The salon is decorated so beautifully! I will be back to see Hillary and I have made an appt for hair services!

I called and got worked in the same day with Michae. She did a fantastic job! I got a cut and balayage and was very happy with the results! I also had my eyebrows waxed! Everybody was very friendly and the salon is gorgeous! I highly recommend the salon and Michae!
