Sasha Mullins Lassiter (You) reviewed in the last week Quality 3 / 3 Amazing and talented staff. Attention to the smallest detail. Friendly, lots of conversation, and hospitality and funny stuff. They will spoil you with kindness and LISTEN (what a luxury) to what you want and THEN make your request happen for you. Its a hidden GEM up in Hendersonville. Corey and Paula are incredible. Corey is a super detailed hair stylist (cuts), I havent had color there. And Paula can rock the hair extensions (I have natural long hair but love adding funky colored extensions all over). Hey! Im a picky New York City GRRL and they completely dial into getting it right and giving supreme customer service. No mediocre services here. Incredible prices, too. Go to Salon 114 and dig into the down home atmosphere with off the charts loving service. P.S. if you want super upscale and POSH with Atude this aint it. It is a shabby chic little commercial site house (complete with a well loved bible and candles) which is entirely converted into a salon. AND customers are so familiar there, they will stop by and hang out to say hi, which I dig. It reminds me of my awesome nhood in NYC. When my husband goes to get his long hair trimmed, hell be gone for hours because alls it takes is one guy to get wind that the other one is there and these tough guys stop in to talk "shop" (music and recording and writing). My mom and I love this Salon, everybody are really nice, great service and awsone results!! I never have my hair done so nice!! I absolutly love it!! I defendly recomend it! Definitivamente recomiendo este lugar!! Yo eh probado muchos lugares y la verdad es muy dificil encontrar buenos resultados ..asta que vine aqui..wow la verdad me encanto el servicio muy atentos y el resultado fue increible buen color, calidad de los productos en fin lo recomiendo definitivamente, ahora es el unico lugar donde seguire viniendo..!!

After reading all of these reviews I decided I would give this "supposedly great salon" a chance... Boy, was that a mistake. Anyone who typically goes to or is used to an upscale salon definitely will not be at home here. I am very familiar with the Hendersonville area and many of the other neighboring salons are very nice and clean however this is one is just a disappointment to the city. The house is very run down and dirty, Corey flirts with his younger female customers way too much and asks very personal questions that I was not comfortable with. His hair cut that I paid 35 bucks for could have been done by my 90 year old greatgrandmother for free. When I asked him about coloring my hair it was like asking him to perform brain surgery. I received my hair cut and got the heck out of there. There were no females there and several creepy old male customers sitting around and staring. Personally this salon made me feel very awkward and I will never go back. Spend your money somewhere else.

Corey = cutter extraordinaire fr the old school! Like others, I relocated & needed a new stylist. I took a shot w Salon 114 & Corey easily hit the bulls eye given his decade or two of experience & his training back in a day when standards for barbering/cutting were apparently higher. Besides some fun highlights, he deftly rectified the awful shag my locks had become before I found Salon 114 after a string of apathetic cutters had butchered inches & inches off, each telling me a progressively shorter cut would "fix the last bad cut as it grew out" (seriously, I think they all just wanted me to return in 6 weeks & spend more money when all I wanted was to grow my hair out). Coreys cut in Oct 16 was SOOOOO good that it let me grow my hair back to its pre-butcher length without needing another salon visit for 9 months! Great value, good people & gorgeous styling!

OMG!! For 13 years I have lived in Bowling Green ky and for 13 years I could not find a decent hairdresser. Even tried a few in Nashville with the same bad results. I thought there was no one left out there who knows how to cut hair. Until the other day I read the reviews for Salon 114 in Hendersonville Tn. Never saw that many good reviews for anything in my life . So I called Corey and explained my dilemma and he took me the very next day. Well I have NEVER EVER been this HAPPY with a haircut in my life.I have very long and thick hair and he took his time and made me look fabulous!!!!!! And he is a SUPER SUPER nice guy.I will never go to anyone else ever again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you have tried the rest Please see Corey at Salon 114 for the BEST!!!

Moved back home after 28 years away. I had Corey cut my hair and my sons. Hes all I could expect and more. Highly intellegent and well informed and well read. Personality allows him to converse with people of all walks of life. Im a chemist by training and he knows the details of the products and methods of his craft. Some are better at styling and then not as good at the cut and vise versa. Corey is a master in both the cut and the style. He also listens well to the customers wants and asks for photos of what style you like and can produce the look you desire. Over the last 2 months met both his sons. Also a fine father from the character of the young men I met. He has earned my business. I just wish I could clone him or hire his sons in my business.

I just went to Salon 114 and I absolutely got the best haircut ever! Corey did exactly what I wanted, without me even telling him! I had had a haircut from another salon, and I was having trouble styling it, due to some problems with the cut. Corey saw the problem and fixed it right away, and never said anything bad about the other salon or stylist. I have wanted to find a salon close to home, right here in Hendersonville, and this is it. Nestled on a cozy little street, Salon 114 has something rare: skilled professionals who also truly care about their clients and treat them like family. Once you walk through the door, you feel like you are "home". Thank you, Corey! You and your staff are awesome, and I will be returning, again and again :)

19 years of haircuts on beautiful, if very finicky, hair, a whole mess of disasters and "meh" cuts, and I have never found a stylist I trust wholeheartedly or a haircut I have genuinely and 100% loved... Until now. Corey is the best. I didnt entirely know what I wanted, but I gave him the gist, he rolled with it, and gave me the most awesome, flattering, and ME cut Ive ever gotten. Beautiful and a little edgy, like a lioness. It was still perfect months later, just longer. No fraying. No matter what he chose to do, it would still rock and be a perfect fit for the wearer. Corey is my stylist of choice (that I commute to Hendersonville for), and Salon 114 comes HIGHLY recommended by me. :)

First let me say thank you to everyone at this salon. Seriously I had a terrible 3 toned/colored hair, so my expectations on fixing it werent very high. Corey took care of my hair problem. I have only ever went to one person to do my hair. She is unavailable( she lives across the country) so I had to search for a new hairstylist. I came upon salon 114 online and immediately made an appointment. Going in everyone was nice and Corey worked some serious magic on my hair. I have never loved my hair as much as I do right now. This is my go to place and it feels like family when youre there. I suggest anyone and everyone to go here. I love this place. Thank you again for my beautiful hair.
