Can I just say, I am completely thrilled to have finally found "my salon"! I was able to get in fairly quickly (same week) with Alexis, and she is the best. I came armed with just verbal direction for her, and she did exactly what I was wanting. She was even able to squeeze me in for brows afterward, which was GREATLY appreciated!! I havent left a salon after a cut and color feeling "presentable" before. In the past, Ive always felt a little homely with my hair too flat or too fluffy or too full because it wasnt how I was used to styling it after a wash and cut. A stylist has never really taken extra effort to primp me or ask how I normally style; they have just done what was quick or what theyre used to. Well, Alexis was totally different! I walked out of there feeling fantastic with gorgeous beachy waves, and I really loved that she took the time to share with me how she was doing what she was doing, so that I could transfer some of the tips to my own personal hair care routine. She has a really similar hair type as me, so it was great to get her tips on product. In fact, Im wishing I would have bought the powder she used because it left my hair feeling so much nicer than what Ive been using. I will definitely recommend e.m. to anyone I can, and I cant wait to come back. Their studio is classy, clean and full of beautiful and fun products.

I only say good because the receptionist was a total sweetheart. I rarely get my hair cut by a professional. Thought I was doing myself some good and getting some decent salon treatment I deserved. Made a mistake by booking a Level 1 stylist. I thought for thirty-some dollars I would be getting a decent haircut, regardless of the level of experience. She didnt cut it even close to how I wanted it, but the way she caked styling products in my hair, she made it look kind of close to what I wanted. She asked me all kinds of questions about my life and kind of pressed me to explain my answers. I wasnt real comfortable doing that as there were complete strangers sitting right next to me. I didnt really want them knowing my business. I most likely will not be going back.

I have been going to E M Studio Salon for several years. I have been extremely happy with every hair stylist that has provided services for me. My husband and I are relocating soon and my greatest worry is who I will have color, cut & style my hair. Sasha (best therapist ever) my current stylist is giving me notes to take with me to a salon that carries Davines Products. I love everything about E M Studio, the products, the atmosphere, location, and especially the staff. I will miss you all, and if I find out I will be coming to Brownsburg to visit, I plan on making an appointment. Kathy Grabbe

I always leave feeling pampered. From the front desk staff to the stylist, everyone is friendly and helpful. The salon has a very nice "marketplace" in the reception area that includes seasonal gifts, jewelry, and great hair products. Kylie always starts each session with a discussion about what is working, if I want any changes and what we can do at this visit. She also reviews the cost. I like how she shares what products she is using. I love the natural product line that they utilize and sell. One other thing that impresses me, is that they sponsor events for the community.

The service excellent. The staff is friendly and helpful. I never know what to do with my hair and they are always great at helping me figure it out. They also offer a free neck and ear trim up between cuts, which is awesome for guys. It might seem like the price is a little high, but realize that not only is the tip built in, they wont encourage or even accept additional gratuity so what you see is what you pay. Definitely worth the trip.

I have been going to EM for about a year now and I absolutely love it. The staff is so friendly and helpful and their services are phenomenal. The environment is really nice, they have a no tipping policy and just ask that you refer friends/family. Kylie has been cutting/coloring my hair and Ive always left 100% happy with the results. I would highly recommend her and the salon as a whole! Love this place!

My husband have been going there for years by appointment only, the other day he went there 15 min earlier ,was told the hair stylist will be right with him, waited 45 min, no one came . Very dissapointed! At least come and check would ve been great , no matter what she was doing at that point.dont think we ll go there again. They could ve called and least apologize

I am VERY particular about who does my hair and the stylists at E M Studio are AMAZING! I have gone to Maddie several times and each time she does an absolutely fabulous job! I have asked her to do something new every time and she always knows exactly what I am getting at! The new salon is gorgeous and so clean too! I would recommend this salon to anyone!

I just recently moved to Brownsburg and needed a salon. I decided to try out EM studio salon and I am so glad I did! It was a wonderful experience. I needed a big change with my hair and Nicole did an amazing job and gave me the haircut I needed. I would definitely recommend this salon! Plus, as an added bonus they are a no tipping salon.

Fantastic experience! Ive been going to Sasha for more than 4 years now and couldnt be happier. My son has difficult-to-cut hair due to a cowlick, but she managed to tame it and keep him looking cool in time for school to start! Will never go anywhere else.

Very happy with my experience at this salon. The atmosphere is nice and they were actually able to get me in the same day I called thanks to a cancellation. The stylists do not accept tips and are reasonably priced compared to other salons Ive been to.

I get my hair done by Madi and she is great. She lets me know what products she has used but doesnt push them. Also doesnt recommend stuff that doesnt need to be done-didnt need hi-lites this time so we skipped it. She is very sweet and friendly.
