So disappointed in my haircut! I have a cosmetology lisence and used to do hair, but have chosen to be with my kids so its always scary to get your haircut by someone new. I dont get my haircut often because of this very reason. I have had my haircut by Austyn and have loved it. Well, its my fault for waiting till the last minute and went to someone else that was recommended since Austyn was booked. Big mistake!!!! My hair was long and and needed a good cut. I asked for three inches off with some layers. What I got was 6 inches off and holes instead of layers! Holes...that sounds crazy, right?! Really, I literally have on both sides, right in the front where there is a chunk of hair that is just gone! How do you even do that? I asked about how it could be fixed. I asked if it could be blended or something. She didnt seem very interested in making a client happy, infact she seemed irritated that I had even asked. The whole experience was just bad. I was asked if I wanted my hair shampooed...I didnt even know there was an option, so I just thought well maybe she cuts hair better dry. Whenever there was a tangle it was just ripped out with the comb. When your hair is in your face a hairstylist will accidentally brush their hand in your face...this happened several times and was even poked in the eye with out an "oops, Im sorry". I was asked if I wanted my hair styled after my 10 minute haircut. I decided against that and felt like I had just been to Great clips. This is very unfortunate because I have sent friends to this cute, little salon. I will recommend Austyn, but I CANNOT and WILL NOT recommend Lane.

I have been going to La Bella since Dec 2008, First time I went I was black headed and long hair, I told Lindsay to do whatever, but I needed change. She cut my hair in layers, used red and blonde high light, WOW! I was amazed since I have thin hair and she made it look thick, I moved to Virginia, got a different hair salon to do my hair and they chopped on my hair and didnt color it right, I traveled the 7 hrs back to La Bella and Lindsay straighten it all out, fixed the colors, this happened on 3 other occasion, just recently, I went to Great Clips, they chopped my hair up, I was so upset, drove the hour and 10 mins to Lindsay, she fixed it all again, I have to say La Bella and Lindsay is the greatest!!!! Its a relaxing place and feels like your in Paris! La Bella, Lindsay and her staff is more the a 5 star, its more like a 100 star!! Thank you to Lindsay and La Bella, no matter what state Im in or city, I will drive many miles just so my hair always looks great, colors right and its feels like coming home to family.

My girlfriend and I went to La Bella Salon and Spa and were HIGHLY disappointed! From the moment I got in the room I got the hard sell to buy more treatments and their salon products. Not one moment of relaxation during my treatment. Then when I got done she wanted to sell me 1,000 dollars worth of skin treatments and scolded me for not using a toner! WoW what a nice SPA experience! It was worse for my poor friend, the girl providing her service was also working the front desk and left often to go check the front desk during her facial. It was supposed to be an hour facial, but she probably spent 20 minutes on her face. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE and we wish we would have read the reviews prior to going there!

I love La Bella and Lindsey Warden! I have been getting my hair done at La Bella for years now and have never left disappointed. Lindsey always has the health of my hair in mind and speaks up if she thinks something May not work. I have had my hair done at other places since I live about an hour away from La Bella and havent found anyone like Lindsey so I make appointments with her any time I need a cut or color. She is great all around and does my sons hair as well. Everyone that works there is so kind and I would let any of them do my hair. If youre looking for a new stylist and up to date hair trends La Bella is the place to go!

I have to say this is the best hair cut Ive had...and Im 40. Lindsey is the owner and she also cut my hair. She is so kind, sweet, and TALENTED!!! I told her what I did not like about my hair, and she was able to tell me what she would recommend, what would fix my dislike. She has a wonderful eye for what would best compliment your features and your hair! Ive had several people cut my hair over the years, finally just not going for around a year, then I find La Bella. If youre looking for someone awesome to cut your hair in the Middle TN area, please call Lindsey. Her prices are a bargain for a rock star hair cut!

I have curly hair, and it is difficult to find someone who cuts and styles it well. I was on the verge of cutting all my hair off to correct a bad hair cut I received at a different salon, but I thought I would give my hair one more chance when I let Lane Parker cut and style it for me. Lane not only cut my hair perfectly, but she was very knowledgable about the products the salon offers and recommended some great stuff that has helped tame my curly hair without damage or heat. She saved me from making the mistake of cutting all my hair off, and I am so thankful! I wont go anywhere else now!

I started going to La Bella over a year ago after having many tragic hair experiences at other salons. Lindsey Warden is my stylist and I swear I will never let anyone else touch my hair except for her! While the entire staff and atmosphere is super sweet and welcoming, Lindsey W. always goes above and beyond to make sure that what Im leaving with is what I want. I cannot recommend her enough from amazing haircuts to flawless color, she can do it all! Not to mention its always super affordable!

My stylist at La Bella is Lindsey Warden. She is phenomenal!!! My hair has gotten healthier since I started seeing her and I have complete trust in her judgment. She has never given me a bad cut or color. She is sweet and has a great eye for what works best for your hair. She is also insanely creative, her non natural hair colors are jaw dropping. All while doing her best to keep your hair healthy. In my opinion this is the best salon in Hendersonville!

La Bella is THE best place to go for your hair and beauty needs! Lindsey and her staff are all wonderful and very welcoming. The salon is set in a very cute little house that is very quaint, and they offer excellent service to all who walk through the door. I always see Lindsey for my appointments, but any of the stylists would be a great choice! Definitely best in Hendersonville!!
