I cannot rave enough about how happy I am to have found salon Niki, specifically my wonderful stylist (and salon owner) Alicia. I have never been able to grow long hair. Vitamins, shampoos, praying hard...hasnt worked for me. My previous stylist convinced me to get tape-in extensions about a year ago and I absolutely loved them. She was a friend of mine so she gave me a very discounted rate but, always expressed to me that is would "usually cost you (me) $500 + if she was charging me what she should". We had a falling out and I was so lost because I had no idea who in Nashville did them and I absolutely could not afford $500 to have my hair done. I was so devastated. That is when GOD sent me Alicia. I randomly found her online and called her up. Her prices were unbelievably reasonable and I was in tears I was so happy that I got to keep the long hair that I had fallen in love with. My first visit, we had an awesome consultation and she really paid attention to what "I like" and what "I know looks good" (Even though she is the pro, lol) She does my extensions and my color is always amazing. She is very educated and experienced and goes to great lengths to ensure that my hair has the specific blended color pattern that I love, even though it takes longer. Every experience I have had there has been more than pleasing. I look forward to seeing her every 6 weeks. She and I have become friends and it is 100% worth the drive from Nashville to Smyrna. <3

My sister had her hair cut by Sarah at The salon and had an amazing experience. I thought I would try it out. I have always been nervous to get my hair cut. I was a few minutes early; so, the stylist named Carly or Rachel (I dont even remember her name because she seemed rushed to get me in and out). She started working on my hair, and then another lady walked in who didnt have an appointment walked in, clearly she was friends with this girl. She stopped working on my hair to cut hers. She spent a long time cutting this girls hair, and then came back and spent a short amount of time cutting my hair. The womans husband wanted his hair cut too; so, it seemed to me she was just trying to rush me out the door. Honestly, I should have left before she started cutting my hair.... Not sure why on earth I didnt. It was the most rude customer experience I have ever had. To top it off, she never apologized for wasting my time sitting there. I will not be going back!

I cant say enough wonderful things about Salon Niki. Years ago before I started going to Alicia, I had a hard time finding someone to do my hair exactly as I saw in a magazine or book. My first visit to Salon Niki (back when it was Shear Image), I got the exact photo I brought in! Ive tried so many new things with my hair since then and always love it. I trust their judgment any day! I refuse to ever go anywhere else and always always recommend people I know to see one of the awesome girls there! My mom is a loyal customer there as well. Just today I stopped by and got the new stylish feather extensions put in.... which I absolutely love.

I cant say enough great things about Salon Niki. Its rare to find a place that takes care of your hair and your heart. Alicia always provides the best cuts/colors and her salon is gorgeous! Im a military spouse in Germany and come home to have my hair done! What impressed me the most was when she went out of her way to provide the most comfortable experience when my mom was battling Breast Cancer, taking chemotherapy and losing her hair. Alicia shaved my moms head so her loss could be on her terms and was kind enough to do it free or charge and after hours to make her comfortable. My family and I are incredibly thankful for Salon Niki.

I love salon Niki, ive been going here for the past couple of years and Alicia always does my hair great. last year my hair was short, damaged, and thin, so she put in some bead in extensions. They were so amazing, my hair was Long and thick, and everyone thought it was my real hair. One year later, today, i got the extensions removed and now my REAL hair is Long and thick. before my hair would never grow past my shoulders but the hair extensions helped so much. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SALON NIKI IN SMYRNA

I stumbled across Salon Niki in a Google search in 2008 or 2009, right when I relocated to Murfreesboro for school. What a blessing! Alicia has done my cut and color from day one, and I have ALWAYS left extremely pleased with the outcome. She takes the time to ask what exactly I am wanting, and has honest, helpful, and professional feedback. The salon itself is always clean, comfortable, & inviting; and the pricing is reasonable. I highly recommend Salon Niki.

I came across salon Niki while in the midst of a hair emergency. Not ONLY did Donna take me as a walk-in, she was the first stylist to EVER really discuss all aspects of my particular hair type, styles and products to keep my hair healthy and looking great, ALL the while giving me one of the best cuts/styles I have ever received! Donna and the staff at Salon Niki can count on THIS customers continued patronage!!! They are SIMPLY THE BEST!!!

I love going to Salon Niki and going to see Libby Smith! She is such a sweet girl and always gives me exactly what I want! Last time I wanted my hair cut, but didnt know what I wanted, so I let her do her thing and my hair turned out so perfect! Not to mention how understanding she was when I kept asking her to stop so I could use the restroom since I am 8 months pregnant! I will keep going to Libby until all my hair falls out.

I love this salon! Its so peaceful if you want a smile on your face and your hair on point go see Libby smith I got highlights from her and she was so nice and my hair look amazing! I dont think its ever looked this good before she is so talented! Ill be going to her all the freaking time now!
