Saw Kayla for the first time for full highlight and hair cut. I have a lot of hair and it can take longer than expected. When discussing my cut and hair type, she suggested re-scheduling my cut for another day in order to allow plenty of time. I returned 2 weeks later to get my cut. I was a great cut and I received a lot of compliments. She also styled it very well! I cant tell you how much I appreciate her suggesting to re-schedule the cut in order to allow plenty of time to get it right. Most hairstylists I have went to in the past have just cut it without caring if its right or not or even trying to understand my hair type! She is also very down to earth and easy to talk to! She goes above and beyond to make you happy and feel good about yourself. She can be hard to get in to see, but worth the wait! It really isnt even an issue if you book ahead. A very nice salon in Spring Hill! Prior to visiting William Edge, I was driving from Spring Hill to the Gulch to get my hair done. The quality of the stylists work in the Gulch didnt even compare to Kaylas work. So happy I tried William Edge and Kayla! :)

This was my first Solon experience other than your typical trim. I wanted a drastic change and I got it! I went from blonde with highlights and damaged ends to full red with different shades and a few highlights and it is beautiful! Im in love with it! I had Sarah who spent her whole day with me and was as excited as I was with the entire process. It took a while and they are a bit pricey, but it was so worth it! She did a phenomenal job and Ill be back to see her when I need a touch up. All of their products are 99% natural ingredients so it is way less damaging when double processing and she mixed all the colors, I didnt even know what I wanted until she showed me the final product. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and they give complimentary hand massages while you wait. They are also a tip free salon, so Im paying my gratitude by giving Sarah a great review! Before they were William Edge, they had a huge turnover rate. You could not get to the same person twice. Since they became William Edge, I have gone back more than once hoping for some redemption. I was very very happy with my service. In fact, I went back to see them a second time. I was so hopeful that the old Natural Oasis reputation would be gone and I found a local salon I was happy with. The staff is very friendly, attentive and they make you very comfortable. However, the turnover rate seems to still be there. When I called to make my third appointment, I was informed my stylist was no longer with them and no, they didnt know where she went. This has been the story with Natural Oasis many times.

Went today for my 2:00 appointment to be told that my stylist is no longer there. Also told that the only stylist they had was working her last day today. Got a text reminder yesterday and today of my appointment. They are no longer doing hair. They said they had left a voice message but they never did call me. Not to happy. Been going there for years and have always loved it.

They have a very high turnover. I dont think Ive ever been able to get the same stylist more than twice and Ive gone here on and off over the last 5 years. Lately they seem to have gotten even worse. Its hard to make appointments because they rarely have stylists on in the evenings and almost never have stylists AND esteticians on in the evenings at the same time.

I had my second experience at W.E. Salon with Lisa on 4/10/15. I must say I am more than pleased with the results of my cut/color. Lisa is amazing, smart, talented, and honest. The staff, Susie and Emily Rose were beyond friendly and a joy to interact with while I was there. I have definitely found my new stylist in Spring Hill TN. Thank you Ladies! :)

I saw Kayla for a full highlight and haircut. She was fantastic. Not only was she professional (color is beautiful) but was personable and easy to feel comfortable with. I went as a last pampering day before the arrival of my first child, she made me feel confident and beautiful. I cant wait to go back and see her again.

I went up to Williams Edge today to pick up some pomade and the door was locked and lights were off!!! I double checked the store hours to see if they were closed today and it says "open ". I feel someone should of least stuck on the door stating "closed " or something that way people arent wasting a trip.

Kayla is amazing!! I have never done much with my hair, but the 1st time I saw her she found the perfect cut, the second time we added some great color and the last time she styled it and was able to get my hair to hold a curl :) It is such an uplifting and relaxing experience! Love Aveda!!
