We paid $200 for our daughter to have her hair professionally straightened. Amanda told us the straightener would last from 6 to 8 months. She told us not to get her hair wet or wash it for at least three days so she did not for four days. The first time she washed her hair four days later it was not strait at all. I immediately took her back to the salon and Amanda said she would redo it for free but we had to wait around 6 weeks or more because it is not good to apply the chemicals too soon after doing it once. Amanda assured us she would take care of it for no charge since we already paid her $200. About 6 weeks later we called her back and she would not return any of our phone calls. I finally got her to answer the phone and she said that she would not redo anything for free but offered us a free hair wash and condition, lol. Needless to say we are very displease that she kept our money for a service she offered and did not actually do. We went elsewhere to have my daughters hair done and it worked perfectly.

The staff here is inept at their job. I went in with a photo of EXACTLY what I wanted. The girl, I wish I remembered her name to tell all of you, barely even glanced at the photo. And never looked at it again throughout the process. The cut was very different from what I went in with and had lots of angles and layers, even in the bangs... she should have had to at least look at it to get it right. Which she didnt. I left there with HORRIBLE bangs that looked like something a 4 year old cuts onto her Barbie doll, and the entire cut didnt even resemble the photo I took in, in the least! I ended up going home and re-cutting my bangs myself just to make them even and presentable. I recommend everyone stay very clear of this place. I havent lived here very long and didnt know any better, but will never be back!

A lady named Joni colored my hair and did a very unprofessional job. My hair was not even at all! I went back to ask her if she can fix it or give me some of my money back and she was very rude and was not even willing to negotiate to fix my hair. Very rude and disrespectful lady. She asked me if I know how to do hair and I responded that I do and she replied "Good, then you should know how to fix it." I do not recommend her at all! - Natalie

I absolutely LOVE Amanda and all of the ladies at Do or Dye!! They treat you like family everytime you are there, and really put effort into giving you the look you want, if it means looking through pictures, looking at samples, etc. I have never felt stiffed or unsatisfied, and Amanda even gives free bang trims throughout your hair growth :) Best hair salon I have been to in years. Anyone who feels differently must just love to be negative!

I went to Gigi at Do or Dye and she was ...Um....FANTASTIC. Not only was she a stylist but also and Aloxxi color educator (which I have saw in all the magazines) I was suprised to find this little hidden jewel off Hwy 90! The cut was spot on and the atmosphere was FUN not STUFFY - it was easy to find (right next to Cicis Pizza). I just found my new fairy hair mother!!!! They have late appointments too--(which i love because I work)

Gigi is the girl to see at Do or Dye Hair Salon! I was referred by a friend years ago and has used her and will use only her from now on. She is the new "it" stylist in town that my friends and I use. I am super picky about my hair and I love her! She is the one stylist that I truely trustI just sit in the chair and she just DOES it--- I will follow her where ever she goes.

I absolsutely love the work that Olivia does at Do or Dye. She has been my only hairdresser for the past 4 years and I have never been unhappy with my service! She has done a million things to my hair from bleaching it out to ombre-ing it beautifully, all while keeping my hair in great condition! She is very thoughtful and always made sure that I loved my hair when I left.

Amanda is awesome!! Im fairly new to the area and had been going to this lady in Pensacola, at a salon with Avenue in the name, that woman over processed and damaged my hair so bad! Got a perm which for some reason only 30% had curls and the rest was straight the girl with the dermal on her chest which is a pricing said she would do it again but to wait a few weeks .time came and she wanted money again for something she didnt even do rigjt.I couldnt take that chance again....

Great, friendly service! This is the first place Ive been to that actually cut my hair exactly how I wanted! I took my mother in-law a couple weeks later and we had another great experience! I would definitely recommend Do our Dye!
