Avoid, if possible ! Limited equipment and poor customer service. My friend/roommate and myself have been trying to contact the manager regarding our membership, and every time we get to hear that "she will call you back". Its been over a month and we are still waiting for the call back. Finally, we decided to end our membership, filled out a form with a 30 day-notice and our entry cards were blocked, even when we paid for the current month. My friend is the primary on the membership account. He called up again and they unlocked his card, while my entry card continues to remain blocked. Think twice before you leap !!!!!!

So I typically go to Snap in the Richmond area, but I went to the Alvin one today and was very impressed. Alot larger selection of machines than at mine and a shower!! Havent tried the hydro massage bed they have yet, but overall very impressed. Its also under new management. Dont know if the old owners are the cause for the prior bad reviews
