Mal lugar..... nunca pondré un pie allí, ese gimnasio marco mí vida de mal manera y la de mí hijo también....la guardería es lo peor de lo peor y cuando pasa algo malo así como nos paso a nosotros ellos se convierten en otras personas indiferentes pesados nunca en mí vida iré allí ....Y NO LO RECOMIENDO A NADIE MÁS QUE TODO LA GUARDERÍA....yo fui a ese gimnasio muchos años y como me pagaron .....no lo recomiendo no dejen sus hijos en la guardería mucho ojo.... Pero todo se paga en esta vida, aquí en la tierra y luego con Dios.

Go at night, Johnathan Montgomery makes this place that much better. Hes attentive, very nice and brings an average gym visit some what better. The environment is what youd expect of a place in this local. Crime is a worry, but not due to the gym. The daytime visit would avoid this, but the competition for equipment is not my favorite thing. The pools acceptable, as is the hot tub. Some equipment was broken, but repaired eventually. The weights and other devices are in good order though. Its my view (as a overnight user) of a regular gym with prices reflecting what you receive. Better gyms there are to be found in better communities. But this one does what it can where its at.

Equipment is extremely dirty. Half of the machines are broken. The employees dont do anything, they even sit on top of the front desk as people walk in. I think there is only one employee at night. Weight are all over the place and never put back, hard to find need dumbbells. Paper towels and disinfectant is always empty. Basketball court is always packed, not sure if court users even have memberships cuz Ive seen 10-20 people walk in to use the court and not even sign-in? Worst and dirtiest gym I ever been too!

This place is just plain nasty and the staff should be ashamed at the way they up keep this gym. Most cardio equipment is out of order. They only clean locker room may be once a week. The showers have mold and mildew in them. You have to watch what you touch when you take a shower. They dont clean the bathroom. It always smells like an outhouse. Dont expect to be able to get to most equipment because people here workout in groups a lot and take up certain stations for very long periods of time.

I cannot describe with words how "unorganized" this gym is...I come here on a daily basis the closest gym I have unfortunately. Once you walk in you can see/tell how unorganized it is... Perhaps because the majority of the guys leave all the weights everywhere. Staff needs to start mentioning to everyone to put weights where they belong. Also, half of the treadmills need extensive work. Restroom needs work. On the bright side... I love the stairs master! Only machines that work well... Lol

Horrible customer service. I walked in looking to get a membership but this place is horrible. The guy I was talking to didnt even bother to try and get me to join. Its not my fault you dont like your job bro. Treadmills are broken, weights are scattered everywhere, always piss all over the rest room floor. Rest room is just unsanitary. I was gone for a year came back and nothing has changed. Id give it zero stars if I could.

I just moved on this side of town and recently signed up to this 24 hour gym. The location Is convenient from where I live. Overall, its a pretty cool gym. I go workout and I go home! My only complaints are some of the treadmills and a couple of weight machines needs maintenance. I love working out later in the night and on weekends because its not as packed! The staff seems nice and friendly.

I remember when it first opened up the gym was awesome. Since then everything has gotten worse. All the mens standing urinals, cable machine and some treadmills are all broken for over a month now and still havent fixed it. Then theres times when theres no hot water in the showers. Only reason why I go there still is because its the only one closest to me

I think if there were a lower option than poor-fair would be perfect for this location,what you read about the showers,the equipment,the staff and the conditions of this place its completely true!.. the reason why I go there once a week its because my mother in law lives in JC. but I rather go a thousand times to the location on Elgin & Loussianna.

old dirty gym with old equipment. Terrible maintenance on the gym. And the fat female manager there is rude and acts as if she has a five star location and some of the staff is terrible not all. The lady that work front desk in the morning is great and the assistant manager she was nice too. I would like to give this gym a zero if i could.

The equipment is extremely dirty and most of the cardiovascular machines are broken, old and some are not even labeled that its out of order. Definitely not worth the monthly membership price. I love the fact that the gym has a pool but due to the overall filthiness and upkeep of the facility, I would NEVER step foot in it.

I just got off the phone with the membership manager and she was telling me all the info and as soon as I asked about the day care and and told her the hours did not co exist with mine she immediately changed her tone and quickly hung up on me. smh that shows the professionalism of the staff

Horrible!!! equipment is out dated always broke down management there is horrible I would have to say the worst 24 hour fitness in Houston.... Im sure 24 hour fitness will never improve this location either being in a low income area. People like new and clean stuff not old an broken down

1 star does not even come close to what I like to give them. Horrible customer service you cant even get a free trial without the bothering you about signing In. It looks like crap in this location. I will never attempt to get in a 24 hour fitness ever againg. Im a loss customer.

Its right by my home and I love it but the restrooms are disgusting and never cleaned. The equipment is filthy and never taken care of. Ive been to all of the 24 hour in Houston and this is the worse. A few of the employees have a attitudes thinking they are top flight security.

Happened to be on this side of town this morning and wanted to work out here. I walked in, to the back where the ladies room is and came right back to my car! Its BEYOND Filthy! Absolutely disgusting. So dirty I dont even want to breath the air in there. Yea, that bad.

The shower room are never cleaned, I work near by and wanted to squeeze a workout during my lunch break..... I worked out showered and changed, the floor was really dirty even with standing on a towel. I doubt anyone clean the bathrooms or the showers.

Always clean, always can find parking and the equipment was always in tip top shape. the pool and basketball court were sometimes packed but that was normally during the hours of 10pm-12am and for the pool usually in the mornings from 8am-10am

Everyday Ive been here for the past few months the night staff is extremely lazy weights are all over the place theres never paper towels in the dispenser, and when their is and run they dont even bother to replace the empty ones ridiculous.
