We (me and my wife) tried few yoga centers around. They were either too fast, too aerobic, too hot, or too loud music... Arlington Yoga Center is just perfect!! I have been to classes of David, and I dont think there is any better yoga teacher than him in the world! Right from the beginning he asks everyone to focus on breathing during each pose. Observing/balancing breath is one of the most important aspect of Yoga which most ignore... Yoga practice with David helped me a lot both physically and spiritually. I highly recommend it for everyone.

Praticing Yoga here has been very pleasant and peaceful. Its very convenient and the instructors are very knowledgeable and experienced. They help you with whatever questions you may have and with correct positioning if necessary. I love the atmosphere and ora of AYC. I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for somewhere to practice.
