Went in just to look around and get an ide. The staff was BEYOND amazing. I had barely picked up an item of clothing before two employees had already come and helped me. The first one welcomed me and asked if I needed anything, but the second one asked me what I had in mind, gave me recommendations, set up a fitting room, and checked on me often. I barely held an item before it was taken away from me to my fitting room, which is wonderful. When it was time for him to leave (at the end of his shift is when I showed up), he made sure that another employee knew what I wanted and she took care of me. I bought some nice shorts that are comfortable and exactly what I was looking for!

I am a HUGE Lululemon fan. After a very disappointing shopping trip I stopped in here not expecting much but the ladies who worked there completely changed my mood and my day around. One of the ladies even used to work in Orange County, CA (where I currently live-Im here on business) and we got to talk for a minute. So nice to see some more positive Cali vibes in a very snooty shopping plaza. And to top it off I found the matching shorts to my current favourite sports bra on sale for only 20$. Major score and tons of props to all the awesome workers here.

Went in to return a gift from Christmas- they told me it was past the return date but they could still do an exchange and I could still get full value of the item. When I picked something else out and went back up the register a different girl told me that the item I was bringing back was now on sale and I could only get the sale value back. I even said that this was different than what one of their own sale girls had told me and they wouldnt let up. Feeling very ripped off and will never go back into this establishment.

I was skeptical about spending 100$ on work out pants but after buying some I am a believer! There fabrics are so soft and smooth now when I wear my other clothes I feel like they are too itchy and uncomfortable to even wear!
