I went one day before my surgery and loved it but have been down and on restrictions for the last 6 weeks. I can hardly wait to get off restrictions in July to get started. Dont do this if you dont want to lose weight and get in shape cause they will be on you to get it done and hold you accountable for what you want, just sayin. So if you are lazy and only talk about losing weight, this place is NOT for you!! Inner Strength is for a strong willed person and not a weak minded person!! So stop watching the shows on TV about losing weight and start showing off the weight you lose...I DARE YOU!!

I love Inner Strength! Coaches are amazing, they really motivate you to come and help you in all aspects of fitness, and most important, hold you accountable! All members are positive and uplifting and you never have that feeling of embarrassment that can come along with trying to work out in a typical gym. Great personal attention...no judgment...no "cookie cutter" programs.... Facilities are clean and the atmosphere is positive. Group sessions are frequent and they help you modify as needed. Hands down the best gym and personal trainer experience Ive ever had.
