Acknowledge God in all your ways and He will direct your path. After being taken advantage of by a faulty contractor and his boot leg plumber, our home was in a mess. It was a plumbing issue (slab leak) and some other things that the contractor said would cost $$$$ - Prayer still works! We went to God in prayer after firing the contractor, and God lead us to Direct Source Plumbing. From the first call, to the completion of the job in one word........these guys were PHENOMENAL! They found things that were out of place, and things that did not need to be done in the first place. We were told by the contractor that he had to place a line over the house through the attic to re-pressurize our master bathroom because of the leak......(smh) this was false information. When Wes from Direct Source Plumbing came out, he immediately went to the solution. Wes checked the volume from outside, he turned the volume/pressure back on from where the contractors plumber had turned the pressure almost completely off. Our pressure was restored just that quick, and no need for overhead lines. To make a long story short, this is just some of the amazing things this company did to get us back up and running like new, and the $$$$ the contractor thought he would get, God gave us favor. Direct Source Plumbing could have charged us an arm & leg for the work they did but because of their integrity, they were HONEST. We were relieved that our bill was affordable and no where near the price quoted by the contractors plumber. They even blessed us with a military discount. Direct Source Plumbing came in and had to undo what the contractors plumber did - and then fixed the leak all in a couple of hours to meet city expectations. We are humbly grateful that Direct Source Plumbing was very affordable, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Word of mouth is the best advertisement and we will recommend them to everyone we know. May God bless you David (owner), Wes and all of the Direct Source Plumbing family for giving us our home back. Im sorry to say my experience was negative. I called because we had just moved into a new home. My husband used the 2nd shower and the water would not turn off. I called Direct Source and they did thankfully send Wes to fix it and he did get the water off and "fixed" the shower. We paid that bill immediately. The next morning the shower would not turn off of scalding hot so it was still not usable. Wes came back out and told my husband what parts he needed to fix the issue. My husband went and bought the parts, but that did not work. During this process I realized we have American Home Shield to fix thest type of issues. I called them and they came and fixed it and it works! I called the owner and politely requested a 50%-80% refund as the plumber did get the water off which I appreciated, but did not fix the problem. My husband had to take off work twice and we paid two invoices! We were charged for the second time the guy came out as well as the first! The owner said Im not gonna do that maam. I could see this was going a bad direction as he was accusing me of trying to cover my costs etc ...I dont like to argue so I said thats fine. Just do what you think is fair. If you think thats fair thats fine. Im not going to argue. So no refund was given and as a result this negative review had to be written.

I have used Direct Source twice now. The first time I broke the supply faucet to our water heater at 11PM. I called DS and left a voicemail. David called me back at 8AM and was at the house by 10AM. He fixed my screwup in no time with an upgraded valve without damaging our dilapidated water heater (a miracle in itself!) The last time I used DS, I was replacing my toilet only to find that the builder of my house didnt put the drain in the right location. Instead of a 12" rough-in, I had a 7.5" rough-in. My old toilet wasnt even sitting over the off-set flange! I knew immediately that this job was going beyond my abilities. I called DS, David had a team to the house in a couple of hours. We talked about price for a few minutes then I had them start. The team excavated, repositioned the drain, and had cement poured and levelled in a couple of hours. Now I can mount a normal toilet securely! The ONLY bad thing I have to say about DS is that the kid (who was obviously in training) with the team on the second visit tracked some dirt into the house. Not a big deal, and it didnt stain. I was too excited about the great price and speed which they completed my heavy-duty plumbing job to fuss about a little dirt. Thank you, David!

I scheduled an appointment for today, July 8, 2016 to have Direct Source come out to assess my problem downstairs bathroom and outside overfill pipe. For years the toilet would overflow and I would need to get a plumber to unclog the pipe. They came and went , usually staying just long enough to clear the clog and leave. Today , Chad, from Direct Source , arrived ...an hour early! He actually "scoped" the pipe. He said "the pipe looks fine"...it just needs a thorough cleaning ...no other plumber,ever, said that to me . Chad spent a solid 20 minutes or so cleaning out the roots that were always neglected by other plumbers. He said "just do this once a year and you will be fine." The previous plumbers stayed just long enough to unclog the drain and tell me "things like this just happen." Before he left he also put on a special shower head for me and fixed a sink stopper that I was having trouble with... Direct Source Pumbing is 5 star all the way! I would give Direct Source Plumbing more than 5 stars if possible. My toilet and flange needed to be replaced. I got two estimates, and Direct Source was the better of the two, without using a jackhammer into my floor, as was prescribed by the other company. The job was done in 3 hours by Direct Source, rather than a full day, and I did not need to replace my floor or use a jackhammer. Wes was the repair man that came to our house. He was right on time, professional, respectful and prepared for the job. He communicated at all points during the process and responded to all questions clearly, without trying to confuse issues or add costs. He left the area clean and tidy. As an owner of an older home, I have plenty of experience with all kinds of repair companies and their agents. I know it is always a good idea to get two bids on any job, and this job illustrated exactly why it is so. I recommend Direct Source Plumbing without reservation.

We use Direct Source for any and all our plumbing needs and have always been satisfied with their quality of service, expertise, professionalism and pricing. On one occasion, we had them out to look at the water heater and it was a simple fix. The technician actually listened to me as I mentioned another unrelated item and noticed a faint dripping noise from our kitchen that was a part of that issue. Instead of insisting that we had a foundation leak and wanting to tear my floor up, he gave me the signs to look for so that I would be able to tell if, in fact, it was a true leak. Several months later, I saw the signs and called him back. He was able to pinpoint the location, and have it repaired, with my floor back in tact, all within a half a day!
