We are very pleased with the work we just had done regarding a slab leak. It was located 21 feet from the digging entrance, so there was a lot of dirt removed. Everything was done orderly and the staff was superb. They were very respectful and told us everything up front regarding what, when, where and how much. The leak was located, pipes replaced, and dirt filled back in. The excavation site doesnt even look like anything happened. Everything is back in place, and we no longer have water running "somewhere"! We will definitely use Horizon Plumbing Service again! I have also referred them to our neighbors. Good job! Good employees! Great Company! Very Pleased!

These guys are awesome! They arrived promptly and on time, calling me 30 min. ahead of their arrival. They gave me a quote with a good price and stuck to it. My son threw a computer charger down the toilet and they spent 2 1/2 hours working really hard to get it out so I didnt have to replace the toilet, which is expensive. They even told me that if they couldnt retrieve the charger they would not charge me for taking up the toilet. But they worked hard and got it out! They were super efficient, informative, and friendly. They were careful with the mess and cleaned up after themselves really well and were respectful of my home. I would defiantly recommend them!!!

I would like to first start by saying Troy and Steven are SO AWESOME!!! They came out diagnosed my issue with in an hour and provided an amazing price to get the repairs completed! Signed the bid and within 1 day they were at my house completing the repairs. Very easy to work with and FAST. Repairs are done and ALL of the dirt that was removed from under my home has disappeared like NOTHING was ever wrong! Thank you Horizon for helping me in this time of need you have been amazing and I will be using you guys in the future!! THANK YOU TROY and STEVEN I will be a lifer customer!

Had a small issue with a leak with the plumbing that was installed by them through the builder. Micaela was awesome with getting it taken care of. She dispatched a technician as quick as she could and had them repair it as well as getting the appropriate warranty personnel involved even though that was not her department. Plumbing issues are the worst to have but having someone like that on your team that understands a consumer and makes it easier to deal with. Horizon plumbing and their team are great, would use them again if I ever have issues in the future.

Very impressed by these guys. I needed my 12 year old water heater replaced and the two gentlemen knew exactly what to do and didnt try to sell me on extra stuff I didnt need. Great service and very reasonable pricing compared to other quotes for water heater replacement. I will certainly recommend these guys to my neighbors.

Great service and reasonable price. They were professional and very cognizant on making sure they keep it clean. Other plumers had in the past were messy and dont care if they step in dirt then your floor but not those guys. Highly recommend them.
