Around April 2012, I woke up thinking I had a leak in the slab. Robert was the second plumber I called and boy am I glad I did! Milliseconds after I explained what I thought the problem was, he told me he wanted to do some troubleshooting over the phone and, before I knew it, I had a list of things to do before hed feel comfortable coming out to the house! He told me he didnt want me to have to spend my money if it was something that could be fixed by just talking to him over the phone! I could not believe how nice Robert was and how professional/knowledgable he was. Turns out the leak was from a clogged A/C drain. I was expecting to pay hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars out of pocket to get the slab fixed. Thanks to Robert, I was able to fix the problem myself! His friendly demeanor helped put me at ease; I knew I was in good hands. Im so glad I called Robert... wont ever call anyone else as long as hes in business. June 27th, 2012: Called Robert because I am hearing a slow leak somewhere but I cant seem to find it. Like before, he troubleshooted some things over the phone to see if I could locate the source. By the time I was done talking with him, I had a set of items that I could take action on to determine whether or not I really needed him to come out! It could be that I wont need him to come out and do some work! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Our M Bathroom shower started leaking badly while I was out of town. Weve recently moved to the area, so our old plumber wouldnt have been feasible to call for distance reasons. Based on the reviews, I called and explained the situation to Robert. He was able to get over to my house within an hour. He walked my wife through what was causing the problem, and what his recommended solution was. He made the repairs, and even gave us some recommendations for the future. I had peace of mind that the issue was resolved, and that my Wife didnt have to deal with the problem for the rest of the week by herself. I cant speak highly enough for how professional Robert was during this entire experience. He deserves every 5-Star rating hes gotten; and will be our go-to for any plumbing related services for the foreseeable future. Thanks Robert.

I called Robert with RHD Primary Plumbing after another company had told me they would be out today and never showed. When I called Robert I left a message and he called me back within and hour and asked if I was home so he could come right over. He found the problem within 15 mins which was a leak in the shower head pipe behind the wall. He fixed the problem quickly and then took care of me on the charges after finding out that I was a local firefighter. Ive never seen greater service from any company or person that I have called to do work at the house. I am still very impressed with my experience. He also referred me to a water damage/removal company due to having water damage down my walls and 1st floor ceilings. They also came the same day and began work to mitigate the situation. I highly recommend RHD Primary Plumbing!

I have known robert in some social circles for some time now. however not as a plumber. when my house burned i could not find a local plumber that wanted to take on my job (total restoration) . when i asked robert for a referal he knew what we had been through and made time to come himself. he came out ( east of Tyler TX) on several weekends and didn"t even charge me overtime. we had very restricted water flow before and could not use more than one fauset at a time ( ever have a cold shower) Robert made some profesional suggestions that we followed and now i have plenty of hot water and great pressure. my shower is like a spa now i like it. and more importantly my wife loves it. Robert really cares about how the family will benifit from his work. you can trust what these men have to say!

We called RHD Primary Plumbing on a Saturday morning with a leaking faucet problem. He came by the same day. We decided to purchase a new sink and faucet. He came back and installed both items to perfection. Due to the faucet being lower grade it leaned. Robert took time to explain the faucet quality to us. He shared plumbing tips we can do to reduce future plumbing problems. Robert assisted in purchasing a faucet we would be happy with and came back to take out the other faucet and install the new faucet. He is very concerned that his customers are satisfied with his performance. He is timely and communicates often through the process. His prices are fair and reasonable. Our experience began with flooded bathroom and buckled tiles. Plumbers recommended search for foundation crack to the tune of $5,000. We searched out and found leaking cold water copper tube around bad solder connection in our jacuzzi tub. We contacted three plumber services, two responded but no date as to when they would come out. In the meantime, 1 gallon per hour leak with water turn-off every night. Desperate. I went back to Internet and called RHD. He happened to be in the area on another job and might be able to stop by in an hour. Well, he stopped by within the hour and fixed the problem in less than 15 minutes; verified the fix for a very reasonable $125. We were very impressed and consider him our go-to plumber. We have recommended his services to our neighbors.

You never know what youre going to get when dealing with the trades, but I have to say that Robert is a great guy and a great plumber. I called him late Monday morning to have a toilet reset that had come off the flange bolts. Even though it was a non-emergency situation, he was at my home that afternoon. He texted me to let me know when he was on his way, which I thought was very professional. He did a great job and even encouraged me to watch. He was in and out of here in no time. He brought his wife as his helper. How cool is that? He charged a fair price for great work and even answered some questions I had about other plumbing topics. Great experience and I would highly recommend him to anyone!
