Never again... I should have learned when they flooded my bathroom fixing the toilet. I purchased a $450 faucet for my pedestal sink in the same bathroom. Absolute Plumbing charged me $253 to install the faucet. When the lines were installed they were not run properly to keep them fully extended and one started to kink taking the cold water down to a trickle. Absolute Plumbing returned to locate the kink in the line, run it where it should have been originally (this entire process arrival to them leaving took 20 minutes), no bad parts, just a bad install. They were nice enough to charge me $145 to fix their bad installation. I called their office to let them know that I wasnt happy with being charged (oh, and their hourly rate has gone up to $110/hour and that is for 20 minutes or 5 minutes of their time) and they said they would have the "main guy" who is Michael LeClair call me. Mr. LeClair did indeed call, pretended he knew nothing about why I had called and after I explained the situation again told me that "The line being kinked and causing the problem was entirely speculation on my part." Really? I guess you arent supposed to repeat what the plumber onsite tells you. So, Absolutely Done with these people. Bad enough that I now have a $850 faucet but I dont need some guy being condescending simply because he doesnt like what he is hearing.

We have used absolute twice in the past and were very satisfied with our experience. Very professional service once they arrived onsite, even though pricing is higher than other similar companies. However, we had a new water leak in our house the day after Christmas so we called to request service because the water leak requires immediate assistance from a plumber. The lady that answered the phone was very rude and short to my wife and indicated it would be four more days before she could send a plumber. We decided to take our business elsewhere on this call and all future plumber calls.

Absolute plumbing was the only plumber that called us back. (I called 3 plumbers in the area, one plumber I even left multiple messages for). I called after hours and left a message and they called the next morning. She provided an estimate $ for the work I needed. The two young men that came showed up right on time, were very professional and courteous. And they were super quick! Only here for 30 minutes. The price was very reasonable and was within the quoted range (on the lower end). We had our garden hose replaced and a sink drain unclogged. I will definitely call them again!

Swapped a value for our fridge ice maker, but in doing so they knocked a hole in our guest bathroom sheet rock which had just been painted. We got the sheet rock repaired, and to cover us for this expense. They fixed a leaky facet in the front yard. Now less they a 9 months later the facet ruptured and to find out they only warranty their work for 45 days? DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I was scared to call a plumber because Ive had bad experiences in the past but my AC person advised me that my condensor drain backing up required a plumber. Michael came in a took a quick look, was able to diagnose the problem and reassure me that nothing big needed to be done. VERY helpful and knowledgeable. I will use them again in the future and highly recommend!

First time Ive used Absolute Plumbing and Im glad I did. Bryan was a true professional and fixed my problem in short order. Since it was my first time, I received a 10% discount to boot. I already have plans to use Absolute again in the near future, and intend to ask for Bryan. May 31st, 2011.
