Cant say enough great things about Mike and HEB Plumbing! I woke up to a clogged drain in my front yard and immediately called HEB Plumbing. A sweet woman explained the likely cause and said that Mike could be out in between 11am and 1pm. Mike came out and went the extra mile for me. He found a stick jamming up my line and continued to check the rest of the line for any additional problems. He noticed that my drain pipe was broken at the top, cut it down for me and capped it off properly. He unstopped my tub drain and checked my garbage disposal. He warned me that if I had any problems in the future to not be bullied into replacing my entire line, that PVC could be cut and repaired without tearing everything up. Thanks to Mike and HEB Plumbing for treating us like a neighbor and not a commission. I will definitely keep Mikes number programmed in my phone for my next plumbing nightmare.

This is the first negative online review I have ever given a business, Based on my experience with HEB Plumbing, however, I feel I should share this with anyone who may be considering using them. They botched a repair job on the main water line to my home. It held for a couple of weeks but is now leaking to the point that I have had to turn off all water to my home. They said they would come out and take care of the problem but were a no-show for the appointment. I finally called them and was basically told that they were too busy working on a bigger job. It has now been 3 days since they were supposed to come back and fix the problem and Im still without water to my home. I have finally given up and contacted another plumbing company. Using HEB Plumbing has a frustrating and very expensive mistake. Shoddy workmanship and a total lack of customer service.

Couldnt even get an estimate. Was given a 4 to 6 window. No one called. I called and was told I was still on the schedule but it would be later on. Finally got a call that someone might be able to make it after 8pm. Sorry I dont have all day to wait, had a child to put to bed, and it was getting dark for them to see anything outside anyway. I agreed to move the estimate to the next day for the same timeframe. Again, no one called prior to 6 to give an update. I called and cancelled. Comment to owner: If you are too busy to even give an estimate then just say so. Dont waste peoples time and piss them off to the extent they feel the need to leave reviews like this. Its bad business, and dont bother replying because I dont care at this point.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Called them with a shower that needed a simple cartridge replacement as my shower didnt have hot water. They managed to take over 5 weeks to "fix" the problem. The parts cost was twice the amount quoted on the phone, the shower handle was installed upside down and I still have no hot water in the shower. When I called back to complain, I got excuses about how the plumber disliked the brand of faucets that we had in our house and he "did his best". So after 5 weeks of waiting, I still have no hot water in my shower and Im out $300+ because my wife paid him when he finished. USE THESE GUYS AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!!!!!

Had a 5pm appointment. At 5:30 I called and was told they are running behind and would be out later. At 11pm, the plumber still did not show. No phone call, no nothing. Stood up by a plumber! Was called the next morning and told the plumber didnt call because he had "sweat on the paper and couldnt make out my number". Instead of apologizing and taking responsibility for the bad customer service, the young lady tried to rationalize why its ok to not contact customers when the plumber wont make it out to do the job. Reading the other reviews, it sounds like HEB Plumbing has a history of standing up customers.

I have used HEB Plumbing for many years! They are very reasonable, reliable and dependable. I had my tub & shower faucet replaced and lavatory faucet replaced. The work was excellent. The plumber told me that he wished satisfied customers would post feedback because the only people that leave feedback are the ones that want to put a Band-Aid on a sinking ship! Then they get upset because their bandaid didnt last long. If all of the satisfied customers would post there would be hundreds of posts. So, Ive never been dissatisfied with HEB Plumbing and would highly recommend them.

HEB Plumbing said they would be at my house to fix a broken toilet at 2 on a Friday. I started calling their number at 4 when nobody had shown up or called me. Their phone number rang busy. I continued to try and call them over 10 times in the following hour only to get the busy signal. They left me high and dry. I installed my own toilet that night. Thanks for nothing HEB Plumbing. Ill never be calling you again.

What great service! I was told to contact HEB Plumbing by my Air Conditioning Company and what a great reference. Ron Winn came into our home and immediately found the leak I was concerned about and also corrected other issues with our plumbing. These are the only people I will call in the future! I was refered to HEB Plumbing by one of my customer so I called. Ron did my pluming work at one of my rental properties, very good service and job compare to other plumbers came gave me estimates wanted to take me for ride, like i came off boat yesterday. will use HEB plumbing next time I need plumbing service. Ive been waiting all day today they were supposed to be here between 9 and 11. I called three times. The last time I called they said they were sorry they couldnt make it no call no email nothing. My time is valuable I dont know about yours. This has been a wasted Saturday. I will never call them again.

They did some work that required them pulling my toilet and clearing the line. Evidently, they didnt replace the toilet properly because I noticed my bathroom floor began to get soggy. I pulled the tile and found the wood underneath wet from the toilet! Now I have to replace the floor!

Made an appointment and took the day off to get a faucet fixed. The appointment was at 10:00am. Called 5 different times when they hadnt shown up by 1:00. ...no answer!!! 2:30....still no call from HEB Plumbing!!! ...BEWARE!!! This is NOT my idea of customer service.
