This is a scam of a company. I had a small water leak started after the City of Arlington replaced the water meters. Although they caused the problem, the city said "it is our responsibility" and sent a threatening letter indicating if the problem is not fixed within 30 days, they would disconnect the water. I found ARS as they show up on top in Google search. Supposedly, they offer free estimates. The guy came, refused to do anything. I had to pump out the water to show him where the leak was. He said I had a "blue quest" line, which was illegal and that they were not allowed to work on them. This is a total scam. He said my only option was to replace the line from the meter to the house and it would cost around $3800 (an estimate). They are vultures trying scare tactics to steal peoples money. So please be careful when you deal with this company. Eventually, I found another individual (very experienced plummer), who fixed the entire problem for $50. By the way, the blue quest line that ARS plummer indicated was about a foot long, it was just an inter connection pipe. I cannot believe how they try to rip you off.

I am going to have to call them back out because I am still experiencing problems. The guy who came out was nice enough, its just that I have 16 feet from my clean out to the street and he told me that if he goes further than 4 feet in he will have to charge me more!! WHAT?! Its 16 feet! Just clean the thing out for the $200 I gave you! Its not back-breaking work to run a hose through a pipe!!!! I have the feeling Im going to have to eat the $200 I paid them to do a snake my line. Sad, I am a single mother living on a disability income. What a way to take advantage of your clients! I am VERY disappointed that I handed over that much money to someone who snaked a line for literally one minute or maybe more. What a scam! Ill let yall know if they come back out and do it right without charging me again.

I had a severe and very stubborn clog in both toilets and showers. My repairman, Curtis Smith, was very courteous,professional, and persistent in tackling the situation, I was quite worried he wouldnt be able to get it working but his great attitude put my mind at ease. My only drawback would be it seemed a bit pricey on initial quote, but the hard work he ended up investing on my problem made it a lot easier to handle. If all their repairman are like Mr. Smith, they will always be my choice in the future!

Had great service from ARS Rescue Rooter and their plumber Phillip Penny who went above and beyond. He was very professional and wouldnt settle with just patching the issue and leaving. He made sure he stayed to check out what the main problem in the house was, and even called another plumber from ARS free of charge to be doubly sure that we knew exactly what needed to be done. He explained everything he was doing and what the problems could be as he worked. Ask for Phillip Penny next time youre looking for a plumber. Highly recommended.

mr phillip penny came to my home today to help me with a clogged drain,he arrived and was very pleasant and professional he not only cleared my drain he was very helpful in explaining things i can do to help prevent future clogs,also he helped me run camera thru my main line helping me find the issue there,not only will i recommend ars rescue rooter i will tell everyone to ask for phillip penny he is an asset to this company and it is refreshing to find such a nice helpful professional in this day and time,thank you phillip

Scheduled appointment on-line on a Sunday and had an appointment within an hour. Matt and Jason arrived on time and could not have been nicer and professional. Had a new disposal installed less than 24 hours from initial contact. Could not be happier! Great job, Matt and Jason. Update: they had to come back a week later when the under counter area flooded after the installation.

They charge 88.00 for everything. The clog was between the toilet and the street.but they told my wife she had to clean the drain from the tub 88.00 dollars and from the shower another 88.00 dollars which is maybe 4 feet away..my point is the clog was,between the toilet and the street so why take a vantage of a women like that..l will never use them again BILL LIPPER

Technically should be a zero. I chose RescueRooter over other plumbers because they offered an appointment window even though RR wouldnt even provide a rate. Missed the time, no call, nothing. Cancelled and made other arrangements.
