They were suppose to call before arriving but just showed up instead. When I ask why, the office told me it was not a problem to call?...he chuckled & said yeah...I dont know why they tell people that...they never do it...(ok--maybe they didnt give him my #) ...no big deal......the guy they sent looked seedy- kind of like a typical rehabber.. But ok...he might be really good. He seemed nice enough...not disrespectful or anything. Showed him what I needed done...which was to space the hot cold pipes out about an inch on each side because the assembly we had on before was not a standard fit. After about 5 seconds he started telling me he didnt like the new assembly because it wasnt a standard brand...cant get parts when they wear out, etc etc. I told him not to worry about that--that would be my problem---MAINLY, I needed the pipes moved out an inch on each side to a standard fit.....I could hook up the assembly and repair tile myself. Couldnt tell if he just didnt know what he was doing or he didnt want to do the work because it looked like it might be too hard.....basically he said - looked too complicated (because he had to take out tile)...said if there were any problems he would get in trouble... And then left. Huh?? WTH?? I guess he thought he would be changing out a shower head? Very odd experience. IM SURE it was for the best..... It just messed me up because I waited a couple of day before they could come out....for what? Cant speak for anyone else but Ill never call on them again--I would certainly not recommend this company to anyone....

Well they got the job done but after telling me on Tuesday that they would be at my home on Saturday I never heard back from them. So after being without hot water all week I called them on Friday and they admitted to forgetting about me but were able to get someone out to do the work as promised on Saturday. I was told that if they needed to do a "rerouted" of my plumbing (indicating a lot of work and materials) it would be $1,800 and to penetrate the slab it would be more. After 2 hours of work (total to include showing them the problem till they left my home, at most 1 hour worth of actual work after set up and clean up) I was charged $1,600. The actual repair was connecting two pipes together that were about 12 inches apart, bypassing the section under my slab. My Brother-in-law is a cardiothorasic surgeon & doesnt make that much (per hour) for heart bypass surgery. They said that "technically" the repair was a "re-rout" but that they were going to "give me a break" and "only charge $1,600, instead of $1,800 for a re-route"....... Well it fixed the problem but WAY OVER PRICED!!!

My wife and I just bought our first home together and after reading through some negative reviews about another plumber assigned to our claim through home warranty, we decided to give Schrader Plumbing a call instead and boy were we glad we did. Not only was he prompt with following up with us, he helped clear several clogs quickly and get us back up and running. What most impressed me about John wasnt just his knowledge, expertise, and ability to explain our issue to us clearly but his positive and reassuring attitude. I have no doubt John does great work for all his clients and we couldnt be any more grateful for his outstanding service in our time of need.

It seems like all of my plumbing problems occur in the late afternoon or early evening! I called John after I got home from work about my hot water leaking and the fact I was unable to turn off the water at the inlet. it was close to 6:00 but John said he or his crew would come out and see what could be done to shut off the water and advise me on the replacement of the heater. His crew arrived in about 20 minutes and were able turn off the water. We made arrangements to replace the heater and the necessary piping the next day. They did a great job and left the house looking like new. Many thanks to John and his team.

My daughter moved into a house last weekend and we found that both washer faucets leaked badly when connected. Schrader was there in about 30 minutes, gave a fair estimate and took about thirty minutes to replace both valves. The plumber clearly knew exactly what he was doing. Fair price. Great work, Quick response. What more could you ask for? We will be using them for some other work that needs to be done.

One of the few plumbers who would come out outside of business hours. The plumber came out on short notice at night when I could not turn off the water to a leaking water heater. He took care of the problem for free on the condition that they do the work in the morning. The work was done quickly and correctly the next day. They set up the inspection appointment for me, too. Great service all around.

$1600.00 for about % 4-5 hours of work and maybe $300.00 in parts is a bit pricey. But I guess when youre over a barrel what do you do....The Tech that came out was very professional and did an awesome job..but not $1600.00 worth... This is not Heather its her husband Christopher Allen
