Bad service. Called them out because we thought a pipe had burst during the snowstorm - they were able to send a guy out same day however his service was less than desirable. For starters he gave us the assessment that the pipe was in fact not burst and it was just a clogged drain that needed to have the toilet removed and the drain snaked. Thats all fine and dandy, I trust the plumbers judgement - its what followed that I was displeased with. 1) The guy couldnt do the work then, he said he would have to send someone else out because, get this, he "didnt feel like lugging the machine up the stairs." Who tells a customer that? 2) After we asked him multiple times for a quote he finally gave it to us and was all of a sudden in a hurry to get to his next call down in Waxahachie, and proceeded to let us know that the only reason he took this call was because we said it was a burst pipe. What kind of horrendous customer service is that where you tell your customers you dont feel like lugging your machine upstairs - then go get a desk job!!!!

Unbelievably bad service. Refereed by First American Home Warranty. He wanted to install a new two-way clean-out value for $1600 BEFORE cleaning my clog. He said my 1985-built home did not have a clean out. That did not make sense. I called ARS Rescue Rooter and they came out and found the clean out valve. There cleared the clog and left within 45 minutes. ARS total bill was $235!

He was sent to us by our home warranty company on a friday. We had a toilet that ran. He changed the flapper n it still was running. He said he needed to change the "guts" in the tank but didnt have the parts but would come back tuesday since Monday was a holiday. We paid our $65 copay per our home warranty n weve never heard from him since. Smelled heavily of cigarette smoke.

I was referred to Buckeye by Home Warranty of America. The plumber set an appt to come on Friday at 2:00. Didnt arrive! I called and no response. Never heard from plumber.
