I needed my water heater replaced asap. It was not broken, but very very old and we were warned that it could burst any minute if we dont do anything about it. I called All metroplex Plumbing who came out within the hour for a free quote. They even went above and beyond to squeeze me in for an installation the same day. Carlos was our technician. He was friendly, courteous, but most importantly, knowledgeable and professional. He made sure to answer all of my questions and explained everything that he was going to do. I was most impressed when he showed me not only what needed to be replaced, but also what he can reuse (straps that hold the water heaters in, misc. parts, etc.). Im sure other companies out to make your money will just recommend you to change out everything, and not care about reusing what is still functional. Carlos even took the time EACH TIME he entered thru the door to put protective covers on his shoes to keep our carpets clean, even after I told him he doesnt have to. This is the second time I have used All metroplex Plumbing. I have experienced nothing but professionalism, quality, and really a pride in the work that they do both times. They truly do deserve the 5-star rating , I think from now on I will not be using anybody else for my plumbing needs, and Im going to recommend Carlos to all my family & friends, THIS GUY KNOWS HIS JOB WELL!!

When was the last time you said to yourself "wow, thats the most honest guy Ive met" and you were talking about a plumber? Ive had Carlos over three times, all for different plumbing issues, and each time he has been friendly, understanding, and doesnt ever gouge you on the price of his job. I dont like having to call a plumber, but at least I know when I call him, Im in the best hands. The last time I called, our water heater exploded on a Saturday night. Carlos was very empathetic to our situation, and helped walk us through everything that would need to be done to prevent this in the future. He did it to code and he even scheduled all the permitting processes we were going to have to do. Prices were reasonable, as always. My showers never felt so good. Ive been very pleased with the level of service Ive had and now have a plumber for life. I wish there were more service industry people like him.Thank you, Carlos!!

In my nearly 50 years of owning homes, I have dealt with dozens of service and repair providers. Very few have risen to the level of professionalism or took pride in their work, that I experienced with Carlos Moreno. Even though it was late in the day when I called for assistance with my problem, he went out of his way to come that same evening to help me. Because of the late hour and items involved, he was only going to be able to temporally repair the problem that evening but he assured me that he would return to complete the work the next day. He kept his word. The price was fair and the service was excellent. He was very respectful and followed up by phone to make sure that I was satisfied with the repairs. Carlos has earned my trust and I highly recommend him. I will be using All American Plumbing for all of my future plumbing needs.

All Metroplex Plumbing is the best. Ive used them for a few years now and recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber. Always prompt, professional and friendly. Carlos Moreno was here today to repair a toilet that my husband and I thought was broken. He immediately saw what was wrong and corrected it. But he didnt stop there - he continued to check to make sure there were no other problems, even ran a dye test. He then showed me what caused the periodic water fill and how to correct it. Lesson learned - I will at least take the top off and look inside the toilet tank before calling in the future. The cost: $0. I would have gladly paid - it was totally my error. Their prices have always been great, their work even better. Again, All Metroplex Plumbing is the best.

I came home from work with a river flowing through my front yard, the water department had to shut the water off and leaving us without water for the night. I called Carlos first thing the next morning and he was at my house within an house and determined what the problem was. He had it fixed the same day and even stayed till 8pm to make sure that we had running water that night. For the repair he had to dig in the front yard, everything was made to look neat and even better than it looked before. Once he diagnosed the problem and gave a quote on the price, I called several other plumbers to compare prices and his was the best. Thank you Carlos for your hard work! ALL METROPLEX PLUMBING WILL DEFINITELY BE THE PLUMBER FOR ALL FUTURE NEEDS!

I highly recommend All Metroplex Plumbing! They are very professional, hard working and thorough. Carlos went over all of my options and gave me pricing estimates for each. I had a couple different plumbing companies provide me with estimates and All Metroplex Plumbing gave me the fairest price along with an above average job! I had water heaters in the attic which were very hard to access and Carlos found a way to get them out carefully and safe. They completed the work in the time that was estimated, as well as in the price that was estimated. They put extra care in wrapping the pipes and vents, and securing the equipment. It was a very professional job done with care and attention to detail. Thank you All Metroplex Plumbing!

I contacted All Metroplex Plumbing to fix a leaking shower head and spoke to Carlos, who is also the Owner. When he arrived, I was immediately impressed by Carloss promptness, professionalism and use of “booties” to avoid tracking stuff into the house. Thereafter, he provided a quick diagnosis, thorough explanation of the repair, worksite cleanliness and fair pricing. He also provided me with some tips on how to keep the shower head clear of hard water deposits. I have been looking for a Plumber with whom I could establish a long term relationship for any and all Plumbing needs. One who is not only knowledgeable but someone who does business with honesty and Integrity. I believe we have found him in Carlos.

I had an issue with a leak at the top of my hot water heater and i was informed of my options and the cost of each and then given details of the best option and why i should select that one ( not to mention that a plumber that i call before him told me that the water heater needed to be replace ) he did explain the issue in detail so i would understand the workings of the unit,he did a nice job and clean up after him self and use shoe covers and remove them every time he was out of the house. I called All metroplex plumbing just to get a second bid on replacing my sewer line. Carlos offered to inspect my sewer line by inserting a camera into, I agreed and I am glad I did! The camera showed a break in the line with roots growing in but the rest of the line showed to be in good condition. Great news for me . Carlos then located a signal from the camera and dug up the broken pipe. The repair was a fraction of the bid to replace the whole sewer line. Thank you Carlos. You saved me a small fortune...
