A Wednesday towards the end of July and the AC goes out.....not good. Fortunately my wife called Daniels. Nick gets here *same day*, runs out of Freon at 6:30 and is heading back to Lake Dallas to get more, but my wife says it’s late you are welcome to come back in the morning. Nick was here first thing Thursday morning and with the Freon drained again, diagnosed the problem as a bad coil on the main A/C. Since this was a Trane unit still under warranty, they had to get the coil from Trane directly. Because of the parts availability, Nick suggested a replacement the following Monday. My wife was not available Monday and got Daniels to agree on expedited parts and installation on Friday (this happened at 8PM Thursday night). Friday morning Brandon and his helper were onsite before 9AM and had the AC working before noon. Sunday I noticed water backing up into the sink that shares a drain with the AC. So I called Daniels again. Red was here before 9AM Monday and cleared years of debris out of the drain for me, then called into the office and confirmed his visit has included in the coil replacement at no charge. I only call Daniels when something is broken. Daniels always delivers prompt service, quality workmanship and fair prices. These folks are a pleasure to do business with!

I DO NOT recommend this company. Horrible customer service not only from the representatives but also from the owners. They are NOT trustworthy. They kept changing the pricing & how they work... they work to benefit them by taking more money out of your pocket for doing nothing. One owner told me that they always charge a base hourly fee of 2 hours whether the tech is there for 5 hours or 1. I said thats funny because in our previous bills (spent thousands of dollars with this company in previous years) we were ALWAYS charged by the hour and had multiple invoices to prove it. He had NOTHING to say. Not once did the owners try to accommodate us or apologize for miscommunication on their employees behalf. They clearly are money hungry and not customer service friendly.

FANTASTIC!! Called them during a VERY heavy need time (100+ weather for days on end), and they were able to get someone out within two hours! Other suppliers were quoting me a week or more! The technician (Jacob) was WONDERFUL...very knowledgeable, helpful and didnt try to upsell me on more than I needed. He added 1 pound of coolant to both units and was finished within 30 minutes. Very fair pricing, reliable and competent help who is courteous, and FAST FAST FAST service! I used them because of my neighbors referral in the first place, but now I wouldnt go anywhere else!

Originally we called Lowes about our ac and the project mgr for Lowes came out with a gentleman named Toby from Daniels Air.. they thoroughly checked my attic for the furnace, coils, etc. as well as the outside unit. I had another opinion done and after I received their quote of over $1800 for something that Daniels Air came out and handled for $200.... It turned out I needed LESS done than what the other guys were saying.. They were professional, transparent, and honest from the get go. The project manager Toby, to the tech, to the office staff. I highly recommend.

Called Daniels Air for a heating problem on our Lake Dallas home. Jacob the service tech called before arriving to ensure I knew he would be there soon. This home has a very old HVAC system in it. Jacob presented me with upgrade options to review for a future upgrade. After troubleshooting our system he informed me of the problem and quickly returned with the parts. Quick, Painless & Affordable.....you dont get to say that about too many organizations. Thanks, Daniels Air. See ya next time.

We called Daniels Air to come in and inspect another contractors work and give us a quote. They were extremely professional and prompt with their response. Their technician, Daniel, showed up the next day. He was very nice and knowledgable. He looked at everything, pointed out the mistakes and what needed to be replaced. He brought in 2 more technicians to help him out and they finished the job in 2 days. What a great service. I would definitely recommend them. Thank you

Called Daniels when my motor died on my outside unit. Tony showed up that day and confirmed that the motor was dead. Its a unique motor so it had to be ordered. They had it the next day and installed. Tony, the technician, put up with all my questions and was just awesome the whole time. He never once made me wonder "what is he doing?". I wish all companies had this kind of service. Thank you Daniels Air and especially Tony!!!

We were in the middle of selling our house and Saturday night the AC went out!! We have an open house scheduled from 2-4 on the next day. I called first thing Sunday morning and they responded quickly. With in an hour Nick was there, found the problem and he had the part on the truck and fixed the AC. The house was nice and cool by 2 pm. Oh and we got a contract on the house that night. THANKS GUYS!!! you saved the day! Vince
