The joys of plumbing problems... where does one begin? Its hard to call a plumber without feeling like you are going to be on the receiving end of a flushed toilet. Thankfully with Sabastian & Sons you get up front estimates and high quality work at a fantastic price so you wont need a pooper scooper. I have used Sabastians services 3 times and each time I have been highly satisfied with both the quality of the work and the cost of the work. His service is a true value. I tend to shop around and do my research up front and I found that his quotes are always reasonable and beat the competition. Most importantly he takes the time to explain options and what steps will be needed to remedy your plumbing problem. He always has offered to come back if anything doesnt seem right (thankfully I have never needed that) and guarantees his work. Sabastian is a friendly and knowledgeable person. He is a local tradesman based in Brooklyn Park and has earned my repeat business. I would recommend his services to all friends and family and I would suggest you do the same.

My family and I just moved into a new home earlier in the year, and with any new home, there are various "broken" items that come to light. We had Sabastian out the first time to re-plumb for our new dishwasher. He worked fast and did a great job making it accessible and more functional than the previous homeowner had left. Additionally he walked me through what he did and why. So a couple weeks later we realize that the outdoor water spigot was not only covered up by some new carpentry, but the turn was broken too. I asked Sabastian over for an estimate, and he walks me through several scenarios to remedy our problem. We came up with a game plan together, and when i had the pieces executed on my end, he came back out and did exactly what was needed to ensure I had easy and functional access to my backyard water. Polite, courteous, and consultative. Great work from a class operation! I will recommend Sabastian and Sons to anyone looking for a home plumber.

Took a chance and called Sebastian and Sons plumbing here locally because it was closest plumber that came up on the map & liked their website. They came out immediately within an hour. Honored the coupon on their website. Estimated that it would take about an hour for cleaning our tub drain and apologized when he ran over. (Admittedly there was a toy stuck in the drain and all sorts of stuff). pro-rated the extra time that he needed and ultimately charged me $130 total for hour an half of pipe clearing work. wore socks in my house and left everything clean. Accent a little heavy- so if youre not willing to be patient with language, that might be an issue - but I had no problems. I would call them again and recommend them.

Needed some plumbing work done on the shower and had no water in the entire house due to no shutoff valve. I called SNS in the morning and was told I would be contacted by someone. Three hours later I called back after not hearing from anyone and was told someone would call me in fifteen minutes. Two hours later I called for the third time and said I still had not heard back. I was told that it would be mentioned I had called three times and someone would get back to me. No one ever called to see if they could help. I had read good reviews on this company but did not have a good experience on my first attempt.

Our kitchen sink backed up and since it was the day after a holiday we werent sure we could get someone to come out right away. We called Sabastian and Sons and left a voice mail and about 15-20 minutes later there was a knock on the door. We couldnt believe it! Sabastian took care of the problem right away and he even honored the coupon. I felt a little "cheap" using a coupon for his fast, efficient response to our problem, friendly service, along with the very reasonable price. Were keeping his card for future use and will not hesitate to refer anyone to Sabastian and Sons.

Sabastian came out to our house on a Saturday afternoon and explained the situation and how to fix it. He was very professional, punctual and up front on how we could save money by giving us options. After a long discussion with our city as to who would pay for what, I set up another appointment for Sabastain to come back out during the week and he did a great job with the installation. Two things I appreciated was 1) that he removed his shoes at the door and 2) didnt charge a trip charge. Would highly recommend using their services again.

They responded to our call very quickly and offered a good price to snake our bathtub drain which has been clogged on and off for years. The plumber that came arrived on time and replaced a few pieces of plumbing that he thought were adding to our problem. he then offered us practical advice for maintenance. A few weeks later our tub drains faster than it ever has. This is a good business from what we saw and we will definitely call these guys again when we have plumbing issues.

Sabastian was friendly and did a very quick and clean job of removing and replacing a tub faucet on short notice. He was willing to discuss options and gave good advice. There were a couple issues with the faucet install that he addressed promptly and free of charge. I recommend his service for any plumbing issues.
