We are Very displeased with their service & lack of communication. We have called several times, spoke with Jordan, he is the one that takes your calls. Got very ugly on the phone with our landscaper & my self. His reply to us after paying them $3,200.00, a misunderstanding. Dirt that needed to be packed back in the ground, were told by Gary the dirt was not needed and he was finished with the job. We could put the dirt at the side of the building or they would haul off. Being that it’s a Wedding & Reception Venue, customer doesn’t want to see a pile of dirt at the entrance of the Venue. The dirt they removed should have been back filed in the hole per City of Corinth Employee. They didn’t back fill and it left a void under the asphalt parking lot, costing us another $1,400.00 for someone else to come and finish the job correctly.

I try not to write negative reviews, but this deserves attention. Technicians hadnt had our full request explained to them and were unprepared (didnt have enough tools). When I expressed concern that the job wasnt done to our satisfaction, and wasnt what wed asked for, the technician stormed out. When my husband called the manager to discuss further service and solutions, the manager accused him of not wanting to pay and HUNG UP on him. My husband had to call back to finish the conversation. Extremely unprofessional and volatile behavior. It was clear they didnt care about customer service or the bigger picture, only in doing the minimum work and collecting payment.

Just had one of their drivers, driving down Oakmont (in Corinth) tail gate me all the way down to the stop sign by the school going south. I even moved over so he could see that there was someone in front of me and there was no where to go. I then tapped my brakes to let him know I didnt appreciate him riding my tail. When I pulled up to the stop sign, he pulled beside me and proceeded to yell obscenities at me. I mean they were literally the first words out of his mouth. Any company that employs people like this, I cant do business with.

I have used Roto-Rooter for several years now and I have never been disappointed. They are reasonable and reliable and have never tried to sell anything to me other than what I needed. All of their employees are professional. Its good to know that you can call a reliable company when you need one. I really appreciate them and will definitely use them again. We had a great experience today in light of our situation. Within half an hour of our call we had someone onsite to assess our situation with a leak in our crawl space. Very professional! We will definitely call Roto Rooter in the future, if needed.

Called out for Saturday emergency call. No answer said 24hrs. Then call next morning said they would be out after dinished call on. After waiting half the day calls back and said his boss wouldnt let him come out till monday pm. Not deoendable!!!
