Amazing Service from start to finish! Moving to a new house with hard water was a shocker for me. Ive never had this issue so I was like a fish out of water. Thankfully, I met with Paul Schwartz who was very professional and so knowledgeable that I felt at ease within minutes of meeting with him. Never once did I feel any type of pressure to purchase anything from Culligan. And Ill tell you, I was literally shocked how bad my water was because I thought it was okay. More on the water at the end. Everyone I had a chance to meet or speak with representing Culligan go above and beyond. Ill be honest and say I did call around before calling Culligan. The problem was, I never felt like I was speaking to someone that had the right information. On the day if the install I had two incredible installers, Vlad and Scott, very professional and installed an incredibly clean looking system. The second I tasted the water from be ClearLink Pro, I knew I made the right choice. I dont care which system you buy or the bottled water youre used to... nothing tastes as good as the water you get from the ClearLink Pro. Dont even hesitate if youre thinking about it. You need it and dont even know it yet. Since using the water softener, Ive been able to stop using body lotion. I simply dont need to as my skin is the softest its ever been. Not to mention my cloths are softer and bright. And my wife and daughters love how smooth their hair is. Im sold on water softeners... but even more Im not only sold on Culligan but highly recommend you use them over any other water softener company in the DFW area. Youre simply waisting your time by calling around. Thanks again to Paul (Id specify ask for Paul for your consultation) and all of the incredible staff at Culligan. You literally changed the way I view everyday water. I truly never realized how bad my water was until I got a great water softener system from Culligan Water Conditioning. Thank you! All the Post Sales Service reviews over here are legitimate and should be taken seriously before you invest in a premium product that is worth $5K or more. My Softener had been nonfunctioning for over months and I didnt know it for sure. The Salt level never went down should have been the first indication. Fast-forward to the first week of April 2017, Culligan scheduled a maintenance check with me and during this, it was confirmed that Softener is not doing the job of water softening even though it is ON. The maintenance guy said he will file a complaint on my behalf and someone should be able to service in next week. He even took pictures of the everything. Fast-forward to May 23rd, 2017, I decided to give Culligan a call to check when someone will show up. During this time, I was informed that a person will be coming to service on June 1st, 2017, i.e 9 days after and the service call will be chargeable - $99 for first 30 mins and then extra charge then after. I felt this was a huge charge for a service, but I accepted. Expecting a visit from Service guy today (June 1st, 2017), I decided to stay home and take a day off from office. However, no one showed up till 4 pm and I decided to give Culligan a call again. Culligan representative mentioned that they have no history of a scheduled service on my account and the next service will be on June 16th, 2017 and will be chargeable. There was no attempt to apologize for this and now I will have to wait 15 more days for a service guy to check my Softener, not to forget another day off from work for it. Whats worse is that I had already recommended Culligan Softeners to a number of my friends and 2 of them have already bought it. I also agree with all the reviews regarding Pre-Sales to Installation Service. Everything till that point is professional, neat and just lovable. But things do turn south then after.

Their water softeners last about 16 months before they break. Then good luck trying to get warranty or non-warranty repairs. It takes at least 3 weeks to get a repairman. So far theyve been out twice and havent been able to fix it yet. Ive been without soft water since October and today is December 15. I paid $4678 for my unit. For 5 grand one would think they would provide better service. And since these are franchises, dont bother calling corporate HQ in Illinois. You get the same song and dance from them as you do from the local people about how overworked they are. The salesman promises the sun, moon and stars. But they cant deliver. Update February 2016. On December 15, 2015, I called Culligan again to request another repairman to come back and fix the broken softener. The service scheduler said that the earliest they could get a repairman out to Plano was mid January. Thats when I wrote the review. Within a day of publishing the December review, the franchise general manager called me. He saw the review. He was not happy about what I wrote. So he offered to replace my broken unit with a brand new one, at no cost to me. So the technician came out on December 24 and replaced the water softener and a defective brine tank at no cost. Today is February 18, 2016 and the unit is working properly. Notice it still took 9 days to get a service technician even after they offered to make it right. So if you have experience with servicing water softeners, you might hit Culligan up for a job. They need more qualified service people.

This company has horrible customer service, they have no interest in treating their customers with respect, they threaten to not fix your equipment, replace filters long before they need to be changed. Over charge for work preformed. They do not have any interest in addressing any of your concerns. I am overly disappointed with the product and service. I wish I had used a different company!! UPDATE! The Owner Rick Keck did call to discuss the issues I was having with his company, he did apologize for the poor customer service, and refunded the fee for the service call. If for some reason I would need to contact Culligan again I would be comfortable doing so contacting Rick directly. I do feel that he listen to the issue and did care about me as a customer. Hoping that he will train his employees to deliver the same level of customer service he gives.

Because the other two Culligan shops are permanently closed, this shop becomes extremely busy, which I can totally understand. I made an appt on 6/28 for a service on 7/11, which is a 2-WEEK wait; the lady did take down my name, address, and phone number, so I assumed everything is set. But when I called on 7/11, the receptionist said my info is not even in their system. She did apologize, and said it might be their system was down when I called... SO IT IS MY FAULT THEN?! She couldnt squeeze me in for a service on the same day, so I need to wait for another 3 days. When it comes to a mistake on their end, they should offer some kind of discount to show they are REALLY sorry, cuz I waited those 2 weeks for NOTHING! We are talking about SERVICE here
