First off, Id like to start out with saying that these guys are punctual, professional, and do a very good job. The owner made a special trip out to my house with his two plumbers because the problem I described to him over the phone just didnt seem right and he wanted to make sure the job got done correctly. That was pretty cool. When the problem turned out to be way more minor than initially anticipated, the owner left and the two plumbers stayed and fixed the problem. The plumbers did a great job, they were clean, and they were nice. Heres my problem: the cost. If its true that you get what you pay for, then I now have the absolute very best hot/cold washer connectors on the planet. The cost to replace the hot/cold nozzles with about one foot of copper was $455. The Labor was $225 for the first guy and $99 for the second. TOTAL TIME: 1 hour and 5 minutes. Parts were $100 with a $22.50 supply charge. Again, I want to say they did a great job. I just think I was overcharged by about $200. So, if youve got the money, GO FOR IT! These are really great guys. But if youre on a budget like me, there are plenty of other guys out there that will give you the same work for less money.
