I had these guys out twice in the past couple of months. Once for my very very slow bathroom sink and once for my slow kitchen sink. Both times I called, Ron answered and was very polite and professional. The first time around, they could not make it out to my house for a few days so Ron knocked down the price for the inconvenience. The second time around they were scheduled for the same day that I called, but ended up not being able to come due to other jobs running longer than expected. As a result, I got the price knocked down again for having to wait. That is great customer service right there! Now, on to the actual work. The first time around, for the bathroom sink, there was a pretty bad blockage so the gentleman needed to use a bigger rod but eventually got it draining no problem within 45 minutes. The second time around, the kitchen sink, they were able to clear the blockage out on the first attempt and were not there longer than a half an hour. Everything was cleaned up and put back together just like it had been when they got there. I was a very satisfied customer to say the least. I would recommend them to anyone, no doubt about it. Also, prices were very reasonable so if that is a concern, just know that they are true to their name!

I needed a basic sump pump replacement. I already had the replacement pump and I called the Fair Plumber to perform the swap out. Not a complex job but they were on time and completed the work in 30 minutes. Price was as expected. I would recommend for residential plumbing needs.

Ron, The Fair Plumber, helped me save money by giving me the name of a great plumbing supply store where I got the cores we needed for our bathtub faucets. The morning after I picked up them up from the supply store, Ron was able to install them and stop the faucet from dripping.
