We had the dial1 team come to our house for a few plumbing issues. The first visit was a simple issue and solved satisfactorily ($200). We called them for a second visit. We needed a toilet installed and a tank rebuilt ($500). The technician installed the toilet on the carpet (which later we found out ruined our carpet) and did not use a wax ring the technician sold us. The third time, we were told by dial1 that our cast iron plumbing was bent and causing a clog. After two days and 10 hours, Dial1 charged us $800 and the problem wasnt fixed. Not only that, the technician told us it would be an additional $100 to re-set the toilet and finish the job. Dial1 quoted us $4,000-$10k to drill under or through our house to unclog a toilet line. This prompted us to call Another plumber. They came out and concluded that a root had grown through the line -it wasnt bent. 2 hours and $300 later our lines were okay. I will never call Dial1 again. Their prices are double everyone elses and I wish I would have chosen someone else from the beginning, retrospectively of course. Dial1 refunded the $800.00. They cant refund the days I had to take off work. I still feel taken for the $500 job.

As of write now i am not impressed at all. My wife and I have been looking into installing a new gas stove in our kitchen and have been trying to get quotes from local reputable companies. We called here expecting professionals and feel like we have been getting the run around. The technician comes out and looks around takes some pictures and informs us that hes going to have to talk to the master plumber cause this is over his head. We were told we would have a quote by the following Monday and received it on Wednesday after calling to find out where the quote was. There of course was a $50.00 service fee just to come out and look and give us a quote. We paid it and were told we would have multiple options and routes we could go, but instead what we received looked like someone just had a pre-made quote drawn up and tacked in a few numbers and a total. There wasnt even a break down for material costs, labor or other fees. I can honestly say that if this is how they do business i dont know if i want them doing this job.

I needed some immediate plumbing work completed in order to have a new dishwasher installed, and Jonathan at Dial One Johnson Plumbing, Heating, & Air Conditioning was up to the task. Not only was he timely and efficient, but he was also willing to answer all of my questions, regardless how trivial. I appreciated his know-how and thoroughness in the work performed and even requested an additional tune-up for our A/C unit due to his recommendation. Our A/C would have suffered substantial issues down the road had Jonathan not been there to assist. I would highly recommend this technician and his company for any plumbing or A/C needs you might have. On a side note, for anyone who has a tight budget, I would suggest seeking out any deals for this company via Angies List.

The experience was flawless. My A/C stopped blowing cool air yesterday afternoon. I called 6 other companies and they all said the same thing " We dont service your area ". I remember seeing a Dial One company truck in our area a few weeks back. So I called the company. It was after hours. The lady that answered took my information and said that a tech would call me with a time for service. Within 30 minutes, Jonathan called me and said that he wouldnt be able to get to my house yesterday but said that he would be at my house after 10am. Jonathan was at my house before 10am and did a GREAT JOB. I will be sharing my experience and suggest to all my friends to call Dial One Johnson Plumbing for all their needs. Jonathan was great! Thorough and meticulous inspection of the AC in our little 1936 home, and no pressure to sell more services - just honest evaluations and options to repair/replace/leave alone. He is knowledgeable, polite, and a great representative for a company we already respected for plumbing services. When our AC unit finally dies (although we are SO grateful for the life support Jonathan provided), we will definitely call you guys first! I also appreciated the office staff calling offering an earlier appointment time because of scheduling yesterday. Although I couldnt make that work for my schedule, it was refreshing to be contacted with that option.

Obviously Im a pretty happy camper when it comes to Dial One Johnson Plumbing. I found them in the phone book and I just called them and they came out. I had a water leak in the slab, and they gave me a reasonable price to do what I needed done. They came out when they said they would, they were here on time so I didnt have to wait on them, and everything they told me they would do they did, and they did it exactly when they said they would do it, which is unusual for a plumber. I was extremely happy with them, so I called to tell them that they were exceptional. I was very happy with how they conducted themselves, and everything about them was good.

I have used Dial 1 Plumbing twice on my home. I just signed up for their yearly membership (thats how happy I am with their service) which allows you a 15% discount on repairs plus other perks at $9.95 p/ month. I know they will always be my go to guys whenever I have plumbing issues. Everyone I have come in contact with has been professional, patient, helpful and very efficient at their jobs, which is a rarity these days. If youre looking for knowledgable and friendly plumbers at a decent price, I highly recommend Dial 1. Ask for James. Hes exceptional.

I was so unhappy with my old plumbing company and dreaded trying to find a new one. I am thrilled to have found Dial One. They made the odious experience absolutely pleasant. James was excellent in every way. On time, friendly, professional, and ready to answer any of my uneducated questions. I was very comfortable having him in my home. Andy was perfect as my telephone contact and she, too, was attentive and professional and pleasant. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

My dad referred me to Dial One when my water heater went out. My family had prepped me not to buy anything extra they were selling because as we all know, some businesses like to take advantage of females. Antonio was my installer and he was awesome! He gets it. He knows word of mouth is going to bring him more business than him taking advantage of me. This is the kind of company that I want to do business with and will refer my friends to.

Great service, extremely prompt...a place that answers on the 1st ring is nice!!! The Plumber that comes out was dressed professionally and was well trained and performed all the work necessary very quickly. We have had no issues since the repair and would definitely refer them to anyone that needs a Great Plumber! BTW... we have used them twice...and one of those times was on a holiday...and they still answered the phone call promptly!!! :-)
