100% wrong diagnosis and 100% waste of my money for tankless water heater repair. It started with me having to help the technician on how to find the screws to open the heater. First thing the technician did is, not running a few basic diagnostics on the water heater, but calling the product manufacturer for troubleshooting it. As usual, manufacturer support team threw a few things because they are away and they cannot remote diagnostics. Finally , this technician told me that water dripped into heater and the element has to be cleaned. Good thing, I called other plumber, in 2 mins, without even opening the water heater, he cleaned the condensation vent, and the water heater worked like magic. Ive learnt a lesson after paying the trip charge for nothing. I wish that this company has sent people who know basics of the tankless water heaters and specific models. When I asked them if they service specific models, they said "Yes". Like I said, 100% wrong diagnosis and 100% waste of my money.

We have lived in the area for 14 years. Have you ever encountered a problem that needed the service of a plumber and asked your family and friends to recommend one? Or looked in the phone book and made countless calls and still wondered if they were reliable? Well, we found the perfect plumber in Enco Plumbing. Enco Plumbing was very efficient, knowledgeable and affordable. Eric, the owner took the time to listen to my problems and had someone out within an hour. Our service technician, Chris was very efficient, courteous and found the problem right away. He was patient and took the time to explain the problem and how to repair it. He repaired it quickly. Problem solved!!! I now know a dependable and affordable plumber in Enco Plumbing! Kuddos to Enco, Eric and Chris! I highly recommend them!!!!

This was a great call on my part to call these guys. They actually answered the phone at 5 in the morning. The guy said he was going to call me back and he did. They had a 2 man crew come over and fixed my plumbing issue at a price that was different from past plumbers. Chris and Mike came by and there were courteous. These guys spent time to look at everything to make sure it was working before they left. I will use them in the future for all plumbing issues. Trust me, this is my own words and they did not try and sell me on root problems. Most plumbers that I have worked with in the past always say "Roots in the pipes". These guys found the issue after a bit and cleared it up.

My water bill was unusually high and the city told me I needed to contact a plumber. I asked around to a few friends and a couple of them suggested I contact Enco Plumbing. I explained to them the situation and they came out and found that I had a slab leak. They gave me a estimate to fix it which after comparing was resonable in itself but I really needed it done so I scheduled for them to come out that weekend. I guess their guys were faster than they thought cause they were there for just 4 hours but had quoted me for 6. They took the remaining time ( $300 plus dollars ) off what I was originally quoted. They did a great job and I would recommend them to others.

We needed a lot of re-pipping under our house, last year and after the last few plumbers left a bad taste in our mouth (and were rude) we tried one more company , Enco. They came and checked it all out, and turns out the other companies had it WAY over priced and Encos pricing was much much more reasonable. Chris and his crew explained in detail everything that needed to be done and why, ...even the owner was very nice. We just had more plumbing work done this week (its an old house) and once again the service they provided was 100% done to expectation. They are polite, respectful, timely, and trustworthy. We wont call any other plumbing company.

Fast, professional, friendly service! I had family coming in town and needed to have a toilet replaced on short notice. ENCO responded quickly to a plumbing issue I personally have tried to fix myself in the past but never got it right. ENCO mounted the new toilet professionally and resolved my issues. Id recommend the ENCO team of plumbers for any plumbing needs. I have used them for everything from installing a new gas line for our new stove to installing a new toilet. I can always count on ENCO to resolve my plumbing issues quickly and professionally and at a fair price.

I had 3 different plumbers out to look at my water heater. 2 said that the 4 year old water heater needed to be replaced and it would cost $1200 to $1500. I called enco plumbing for another opinion and they came out and fixed the problem for $322.12 and warrantied their work for a year. It was a simple part and they told me the water heater did not need to be replaced unless I wanted to replace it. Always get a 2nd or in my case a 3rd opinion. it is so frustrating that I was going to spend that much money when I didnt even need to.

To say the least they where the only honest and prompt plumbing service i have ever had on a memorial day weekend. They came out the same day to see if I had a slab leak and I got good news from the plumbers that it wasnt a slab leak. I was charged a very reasonable price for fixing a leak on my outside faucet. I had a two great plumbers who knew what they are doing. Fixed it in two hours and I now have water. Looking for a professional and kind plumbers well look no either than Enco. Enco is the premier plumber.
