You never really appreciate running water until you dont have it. This past weekend as my daughter finished up her bath, the shower cartridge valve stuck in the open position and wouldnt turn off. After taking the handle off, I quickly realized it was a bigger job than I could tackle. So I shut the water off at the street until we could find someone to get it fixed. I called Cathedral plumbing first thing Monday morning because they had worked with Lennar homes to build the house several years ago. Britney was super responsive and professional and checked to see what they could do on short notice. She was able to get approval for a service tech near my area to make a stop and fix the issue that day!!! And for a great price. When Terrydon arrive right on time, he was super nice and diagnosed and fixed the shower in no time at all. I really cant say enough about Cathedral plumbing. But I can say I would definitely use them again if I have another plumbing issue. Thanks Cathedral.

I called Cathedral on a Monday morning, 15 minutes before they opened, due to draining issue in my house. They immediately rerouted a plumber to my house. They diagnosed the problem with this neat camera and showed me the issue. Everyone I dealt with, from the office personnel to the onsite plumber, was extremely professional and helpful. I will use them again without hesitation.
