Well . . . no one really enjoys foundation repair to their home. And, yes, your ideas of what will happen are probably true. However, Advanced Foundation Repair will walk you through each step with sanity and confidence. Upon my first meeting with Advanced Foundation Repair, Darrell Elliot, explained the details of the work with clarity and detail. He was honest about the change that was about to happen around the perimeter of my home. Hauling of dirt, tunneling under the house and the removal of landscaping were executed with efficiency and as little damage as possible. Darrell will tell you that he is available at any time regarding questions or concerns. And, he is. He addressed concerns, arrived on the site and remained calm throughout the foundation work. The construction crew foremen, Noe Soriano and Juan Salgado, provided assurance and answered any questions on site. The workers were polite and courteous in my presence and as they worked outside of my home. Antonio Garcia, the lead on the final raise of the house, provided a methodical and meticulous approach, Although the raising of the house (10 inches!) was done several weeks ago, the 85 piers are solid and the house has not presented with any new cracks or gaps. Advanced Foundation Repair will approach you as the most important client they have. Their work ethic, financial trust backed warranty, and thorough professional approach set them apart from other companies. We had them do my mothers home in Amarillo. They had to go through a concrete walkway that completely circled the house and the patio. Very pleased with the pier work and clean up. Cracks have closed up, doors are aligned and everything is working great. I also had a plumbing check done with no leaks and good pressure. Two years later, I had a foundation problem in Fort Worth so I called them again. They came and said I didnt have a foundation problem, but a drought problem. They recommended a watering program and re-check in 3 months. Now everything is great. My problems corrected themselves with watering. My mother-in-law lived in Midland and we were selling her house. Inspector said there MIGHT be a foundation problem. One foundation company came by and wanted $5000 for repairs, but we didnt think there was a problem. We called Advanced. They dont have any an office there, but recommended we contact a structural engineer first. The engineer wrote a report that there was not a problem. Advanced people are thorough and honest. They really helped us.

Great experience and not just because we didnt have any foundation issues. It was easy to schedule an appointment. They showed up on time and were extremely helpful. As a first time home buyer I was a little nervous when I noticed some issues inside and out that I thought they could be the early onset of foundation issues. The engineer that arrived, was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He walked me through every step of the inspection process. I actually participated in calculating the measurements from the different points around the house. After we completed the inside inspection he took me outside and had me set the machine and capture the measurements in different areas to make sure the flow of the runoff/drainage was exiting properly. I learned a whole heck of a lot that day. After all was said and done I didnt have to pay a dime as estimates and first time inspections like mine were done at no charge! Great company that is rated one of the best in the metroplex. Highly recommended!!

Update - Advanced took care of the issue and followed up to make sure I was satisfied. I would use them again as they have now made this right. Ive used Advanced Foundation Repair for 2 houses, and the repairs were fine - so Ill give them a couple of stars for that. Service after the sale, however, is non-existent. On the 2nd house they left a hole with a thick cable sticking out. Today marks 2 years since the foundation work and after numerous calls, emails & voicemails Im still not getting a response. The cable is now rusty and Im concerned about the hole in the foundation. I guess since theyve been paid they dont feel like they need to come back and finish the job. Buyer beware. BBB complaint is also filed.

This is, unfortunately, the second home for which weve had to have the foundation repaired. The first was more than 20 years ago. A friend recommended Advanced Foundation Repair. We were impressed with every aspect of the experience. When we decided we needed an inspection of the foundation for our current home, we called Advanced Foundation Repair again. Again, we were very pleased with all aspects of the experience. A couple of weeks after the repair in the process of replacing flooring, we discovered additional cracks in the foundation. Bob Snyder returned to our home and reviewed the previous mapping of the foundation with what was now exposed. No repairs needed this time. We highly recommend this company.

Advanced recently performed our foundation repair and did a fantastic job! The job took four days and throughout the process, the workers were on time each day, were kind and courteous. They left our house clean each day and took great care in making my wife and newborn comfortable during the repair. Advanced Foundation Repair have saved my husband and I thousands of dollars!! This company is truly HONEST and isnt out make a quick buck! I had two companies telling me I had a start of a foundation problem, little did I know I did NOT! The gentleman by the name Jimmy Meeks came out and inspected my home (even after their office hours)he was very professional and educated me on foundation problems. If you do have happen to have any foundation problems these guys should be your FIRST call!

Advanced Foundation repair is the only way to go! The engineer, Eric was kind, helpful and informative! The crew under Haynards watch was unbelievably considerate. The crew was in and out of our house for 5 days. Everyone of them were happy even in the 90 degree weather. They work hard and were very polite. If you saw my house now you would never even know they were here. They cleaned up every night and on the last day it looked like new! Very thankful to have been able to work with them.

We knew when we bought our house that Advanced Foundation Repair had a transferable warranty. Unfortunately, we didnt know we only had 30 days to transfer it! About day 75, i called & talked to Lyndra about the transfer, uncertain if id already done it. She was efficient & understanding, confirming that we had NOT transferred yet, & offering to extend our transfer window so we could handle the paperwork without penalty. I cant too highly recommend this company. I had work done of my foundation by another company several years ago. That work did not resolve the problem, and that company did not fix. Advanced was recommended to me by mother, who said they were the best in the business. I agree! They were polite, professional, charged reasonable prices, and did excellent work. They also have a strong guarantee that is backed by a trust. I cant imagine why youd use any other company.
