Excellent!! We were in a bind. Our hot water heater burst on a Sunday. Unfortunately, this happened after the ice/snow hit and four other plumbing services were not available. We had another plumbing service come out and disconnect and cut off the water supply to the hot water heater since the stop was broken and the water just kept running, but they gave us a BIG estimate to replace the heater altogether. AAA-Auger was different. The service technician went above and beyond to help us out. He didnt nitpick us for every possible charge and he honored our online coupon. He really saved us! The work was done professionally, cleanly, and quickly. We knew what were paying for and their were no "additional charges" added on after the fact. Id happily refer anyone to AAA-Auger for any plumbing need, and I know well not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Technician #68 Juan showed up at my front door just in time! I was completely exhausted from dipping water out of my clogged sinks in the kitchen. I told him I was losing the battle and he said he was "here to win the war". He had a great sense of humor and a big smile. He did a wonderful job of unclogging the sinks in very little time. During which he gave me some "hints" about what NOT to put in my garbage disposal. He also told me how to maintain my sinks so I would not need his services for the same issue again. He completely cleaned up the area he worked on, leaving it much cleaner than when he found it. The best thing however was the bill. It was less than he originally told me. I now have a new plumbing company and one I will be happy to tell my friends about! Betty

After a roofing job which was good, a bathroom sink was plugged up. We tried varioua methods of opening the drain however nothing worked. We had used AAA Augur before had a few certificates and so went to the phone. Carla did a great job of fielding the call and within a short time Juan showed up. Went to the drain, quoted the price and I said ok. In short order the drain was opened. He cleaned up the area to spotless including the sink. We paid him; had good conversation with him as he worked and after. We appreciate a friendly experienced tech and an understanding company, particularly at my 89 years of age. Thanks AAA Augur. Excellent service. They kept us posted on when they could get here. Once they arrived, it was a fast diagnosis of the problem and the quote was reasonable. Service was clean and accurate. When 5:30 hit, they kept on working until we had our service back. I really like the "by the job" pricing instead of hourly. I knew up front the cost and didnt have to worry about them dragging their feet.

I had an appointment, they called me at the time scheduled and told me it would be 2-3 hours longer. After waiting 2 hours, I called again and they said itd be about another 2 hours, but they would call on their way. After waiting almost 2 more hours without a call, I called again, this time to cancel, I could not wait any longer. They did not offer an apology or to try to reschedule.

EXCELLENT Overall Service! We were in need of weekend EMERGENCY service. Juan was prompt, friendly, and resolved our plumbing issues in a short amount of time. The cost was amazingly reasonable. AAA auger was fast and easy. I called them at 8:45 PM and scheduled them to come out the next morning. Juan got the toilet unclogged quickly and even let me know about some non plumbing related issues on my roof. Ive used them for years and years and always felt they were fairly priced, too.

Juan did an outstanding of clearing a stopped up drain. On Monday, I had another plumbing company attempt to open this drain but gave up and said they would have to use a camera [$200.00]. I said no and called AAA Auger. The drain is flowing freely. Invoice #6809712

Came out to do routine drain clean-out. Some kind of complication with the way things were laid out at my house but the plumber stuck with it and got it done. Very courteous, friendly and professional. This is third time Ive used them.
