I had a leak under my foundation. I did not know who to call or what to do. I started on the internet and was really unsure who to call. I called 3 companies to come out and check. The first one did not do leak detection and had to have someone else come out. They gave me a bid three times higher than I ended up paying in the end. The second one located the leak in the wrong spot and did not act like they knew what they where doing. The last company I called was Plano Plumbing and Leak Detection. They came out and found the leak gave me a reasonable quote and started the next day. They where very clean and professional. When they left my leak was gone and my wallet was better off than if the first company would have fixed it. I hope this helps someone else.

After dealing in frustration with my home warranty company with 3 different plumbers, I called Plano Plumbing & Leak Detection to come try to find a water leak that other companies could not and did not try to find. Within less than 2 hours Austin of Plano Plumbing & Leak Detection found the leak. He drafted a proposal and came out the next day to repair the leak. My insurance adjuster was here during the diagnostic and due to Austin finding the leak , State Farm cut me the maximum amount I was due under my policy. (4 rooms and a hall of damaged hardwood floors. Also Id like to ad, Im a Realtor of over 22 years and this company is the best Ive seen. I would give 5 stars to Plano Plumbing & Leak Detection and their crew .

Jack and his team came out to diagnose a house I was looking to purchase and found that the entire system was essentially failing. They worked with the sellers to resolve a solution and were able to effectively replace all of the existing cast iron plumbing with new schedule 40 PVC. The plumbing has actually been working so well, that it has caused the city main to clog from the great flow! Jack not only has offered to come and run a camera for free, but also said he will deal with the City directly to get the problem fixed at my new home. Service thus far has been immaculate, and I will post an update as soon as the outcome of the City negotiating takes place! Thanks again Jack.

Excellent expereince and very customer oriented company. Our insurance gave us Plano Plumbing & Leak Detection contact information for our water leak. They came out the next day and confirmed a water leak under our house. They gave us two options of jackhammering or rerouting the pipe overhead. We went with reroute since all our floors are either tile or wood. They sent two crews out and were quck and very professional, they all wear matching red company shirts and were very dilegent in their work. Customer for life and very satisfied

Excellent Job. We heard water running in the faucet area and had some of our wood floor was warping. Plano Plumbing & Leak Detection came out and detected we had a cold water leak under slab. They set up for next day to come out and do the repair, we decided to do a re route since the leak was under a wood floor. They did a great job and fixed my leak and left my house clean. They kept me updated on the leak reapair as they repaired it. Great Job I highly recommend them.

Outstanding Job. I had water coming up from the floor, I called Plano Plumbing & Leak Detection and the promptly sent out their locate team. They determined my leak was under the kitchen floor and suggested a re route would be the best repair. They came back next day around 8 a.m. with 2 crews and had the repair done by 2 pm and cleaned up and left my house clean. Great job and I highly recommend them and their professional job.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Plano Plumbing saved me a lot of money compared to other companies in the area. I had a gas leak and another "Atoms Energy Authorized Gas Dealer" claimed the whole line needed to be dug up and replaced. Plano Plumbing told me I have plastic lines and there is no need to replace them. Its very refreshing to find an honest company like this and the customer service was outstanding.

Really awesome job! I called them on a Saturday and they came within an hour to my house. I had a clog in my kitchen sink and they cleared it up really quickly. They even put a camera down there so they could show me what was going on and what the potential problems were/could be.
