STAFF MEMBERS ARE TERRIFIC, PRICES ARE NOT Everyone I spoke with and worked with were incredibly nice and helpful. Thats the good part. The price I was quoted was insane. I needed to replace the hoses to my washer and dryer. I had never investigated replacement costs on those before, so I didnt really know what to expect. I was quoted a price of $399 for the parts alone and the technician (Jeremy....who was really awesome and helpful) went to go buy the parts. The cost seemed really high to me (you can buy a new washing machine for $400), so while he was gone I looked up the prices for the parts online and realized I could buy them myself for about $50. How can a company justify charging 8X the price of parts? (Keep in mind I still had to pay the $59 service fee, so my total was going to be $458.) I negotiated a lower rate with Jeremy when he got back to compensate the company for the service call and the parts and then did the work myself. Took me about 15 minutes. A really disappointing experience. I was really impressed with everything about the company and how well they communicated with me up until the price quote for the work. The lesson: have a general idea of what parts should cost before calling a service company for help so that you know what is fair and what is not.

I am beyond disgusted at what just went down with my transaction. I have a roommate that told me she couldn’t get the water turned off in my shower so the neighbor came over and turned off the water at the street. I came home and tried to get the water turned off and I had no luck but I only messed with the side with the issue thinking the other side was off. When the plumber came out I said more than anything I need the water turned off so I can turn the water back on in the house so they wrote me an estimate and gave me 3 prices one to redo the whole set up $1400 one for $570 to fix the issue as is and one for $224 to turn the water off so I could have water in the house. I just wanted the water off so I could have water again. He went in and turned the other handle that was on and when I asked he said the other handle was still on. So I paid $224 for him to turn the handle and they knew this before I signed and said just get the water back on in my house. I’m sorry but this is bad business that should of been the price of a service call ... he spent more time writing the estimate for 5 mins work. Do not do business with this company they screw Women.

Mr. Charles T. Was excellent. I called this past Saturday after 6pm because my 17 year old hot water heater was leaking and he showed up within an hour. He was very nice and personable. He quoted me about $385 to fix it, but I knew it was time to get a new one so decided on that instead. (The charge to come here Saturday was only $59.) We discussed what my needs, options, and cost were for a new one. He said he would come back Monday to install the one i will buy from the store and he did. He came all the way from Wylie to Fort Worth today. The operator told me it would be from 2-6pm, but he got here before 1pm. Still just as nice and personable. The price he estimated for installing my new hot water heater was exactly what he charged me today. I will recommend him to others and he is the only Plumber I will use from The Pink Plumber. I usually use a certain plumber I know near me who was not available this weekend, so Kudos to The operator Saturday for sending me a good one. May God Bless you all.

Do not bother calling this company. My appointment was scheduled for yesterday 2-6. A little after 6, I called and they said their technicians were really backed up and would not be able to make it out. They rescheduled me for today, 11-3. It is now after 6, I just called and got the same song and dance. I was told last night I was being flagged as a priority call, since they never showed up or even bothered to call me. I called at 2:15 today and was told that they would mark me as a priority since my appointment rolled over from yesterday. Huh? I thought I was already marked as a priority! Their dispatchers/receptionists have been very nice and apologetic, but that does NOT fix the 2 days I have rearranged schedules to make sure I can be here when they can do the work. It is now after 6 pm Friday night of the July 4th weekend, and I cant get my problems fixed. But, they were VERY nice in offering to reschedule me for tomorrow!

I had a pretty big foundation leak and called Pink Plumber.... getting to the point.... Jeremy the plumber appeared like he felt bad for the situation promising he would give discounts and help where he could. $8,000 later the job could have been done for way less. Im actually scared I might have issues in the future! Junk was left all over my back yard, cement was done crappy, pipes in the middle of the walk way. Then he told me to to put my water heater back in the closet and rebook up line was $800! Seriously!!! I called Strain plumbing and they did everything for $150!! Call Strain plumbing not Pink Plumber! They say they give to charity but they rob their customers! Save yourself the dissaponitmnent of doing business with Pink Plumber!

Pink Plumber experience from beginning to end was absolutely fabulous. My water was already off and I had been quoted what seemed to be an extremely high number by another vendor to replace my heater. I could have been without for another 24 hours but then I called Pink and they scheduled a tech for a Sunday. Charles arrived and was most professional. He took the time to assess and present me with options and also his objective opinion (was nice to know it was not the most expensive option either). The work was complete for a fixed price which was extremely competitive. I was charged exactly that price, no adds or changes. One of the best experiences I have ever had and would recommend Charles and Pink to anyone!!

DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY. I had a small leak in water supply copper line in front yard. I called them because they work on Sundays. Told me that it would be $500 and 30min to an hour to fix. 4 hours later they cant fix it and say they will be back on Monday. Nobody comes or calls and I call on Wed and they say they will return on Thursday. They fix it on Thursday but it is still leaking. They come out again and add a temporary compression fitting sleeve and tell me its fixed. I emailed the company with before and after pictures and they tell me that they can come out and give me a quote for replacing the copper line. STAY AWAY FROM PINK PLUMBERS.
