Wow, what a horrible experience! I called last Friday, 3/13/2015, and asked to have a plumber come out this morning (Monday, 3/16/2015, 3 days later) and was told that was not a problem, that they were wide open Monday. With a "morning window" (they dont give appointments), all I got all day long were promises that they were still working on sending a plumber "to my area," as though I live 80 miles away. Im 10 miles from their office. The last guy called just before 6PM with the same line of crap, that they were still working on sending a plumber to my area. Then when I pressed him for some kind of evening time frame, he said he actually couldnt say for sure if anyone would even make it out this evening or not. What a run around and just horrible customer service! Dont waste your time with these people! I stayed home all day long with my "Monday morning window" and now have to start all over again after 6PM with another plumbing company.

Rarely do we receive good customer service anywhere at todays businesses, but AAA Auger is the exception. From the person who answered the telephone at AAA Auger to the pumber, we received professional, courteous, efficient service with the best communication. Peter arrived on time, explained our options to stop the leak in our bathtub faucet, purchased the necessary fixtures, and replaced the old leaking faucet without tearing out the tile wall to do it. It looks great and no longer do we have a stream of water leaking from bathtub faucet. AAA Auger was fair, honest and gave us a reasonable rate for their service; they listen to their customers and do an exempliary job. Thank you AAA Auger employees. Sincerely, Al & Gail Sugar P.S. It would have cost us hundreds of dollars to have a tile worker rebuild and retile the wall if it had been torn down to do the plumbing.

AAA Auger is the best in the plumbing business! We have used them so many times over the past decade, in every house we have lived, and in all our offices. They are always dependable, on time, and efficient. Even on a pinch on a Saturday morning, at all times of day, they are always available to help and pretty much come out right away. There is no job too big or too small for our main plumber at AAA Auger, Eugene. He always arrives with a smile and is able to troubleshoot any issues right away. While many other plumbers charge an arm and a leg for initial service calls and do not respond right away, I know I can depend on Eugene and the team at AAA Auger to take care of us always. Their rates are always fair, they never make us wait, and they do not charge you unless they are able to help you. Thank you for everything AAA Auger! Ask for Eugene as well.

I have definitely found the plumbing service that I will use for all my plumbing needs. Called late in the evening with a plumbing problem. Got a quick response and the plumber was at my home promptly. He mentioned that he was not in his usual truck and did not have the part he needed for the repair. He quickly left and went to the closest Home Depot before closing, returned to my house, and fixed the problem quickly. He was very friendly and the price was very reasonable. He then surveyed under all my sinks in the kitchen and bathrooms to make sure that all looked good....very conscientous! AAA Auger is A plus in my book!

When I scheduled an appointment with AAA-Auger, they were very courteous and since I was at work and planned to leave, they were flexible enough to work with my schedule. The service man came within 30 minutes of the planned time and completed cleaning out the main sewer drain quickly without adding more than was needed. He even asked if any other plumbing needed attention. It was nice to finally meet a man who was willing to ask about my needs (smile). I would be more than happy to refer this company to anyone who need their pipes cleaned. Thanks, Roz

I was very dissapointed with this company as after reading the reviews on here I assumed them to be reliable. I called several times and they never picked up then they called back and the guy on the phone was rude and said he was going to send someone out to give me an estimate. When the plumber arrived he gave me a horrible estimate and I was charged for the trip. I found another company that gave me a free estimate I got my water heater replaced everything included great work and service for only 800 bucks. Will not call AAA again

Insanely overpriced - charged $400 just to "diagnose" the leak then quoted an additional $1400 to repair. I called around and described the problem to two other plumbers - both said it would be between 400-800 dollars to fix. They both also agreed a $400 diagnosis fee is insane and would have charged nothing to point out the leak. $2000 is what they wanted vs. $675 with what I actually paid for another company to come out. I will never call them again and would not recommend them to anyone.

Called them at 7pm and gave them my info. I was called back at 7:35 and informed I was next and it should be an hour give or take. Was called again at 7:55 and informed they were on the way. They arrived at 8:25 and started to find the problem. Main line had a blockage so they cleared the line. Left a little before 9. Very courteous and professional. The price was great for an after hour service call. I will be using these guys for all my future plumbing needs. Great job AAA Auger.

Had serious issues with getting a plumber out to the house on a Saturday afternoon until I called AAA Auger. They had a plumber out to the house within *35 minutes* of me calling, and Juan, the plumber went above and beyond the call with his repairs. Very courteous, professional and did the job right (flooding kitchen sinks fixed). I would definitely recommend AAA Auger to anyone. I have Juans business card on my fridge, and in my iPhone. *Great plumbing experience!*

This was the first time we used AAA Auger services and were very pleased. Jack was very helpful with all our question and answered them in a very professional manner. We recieved a phone call about 30 mintutes ahead of time and that gave us time to make sure we were at the house. We plan on using yall in the future and we are looking foward to yalls service agian. Toilet backed up one day, Sink drain gave way the next. They got out to my house fast. Appreciate the call back from dispatch. Sink drain pipe was clogged solid with black muck and metal was like swiss cheese. They had to cut it out. At first I was scared,$$$. Not bad, under $220. reasonalby priced. Greg is a good guy, family man. Ill use them again.

From the time of my call to the final fix, a most enjoyable experience. The individual taking my call was very friendly, very helpful and the work was accomplished exactly as she explaind. The repair was accomplished by a polished, friendly and proficient professional who was friendly and neat. I will only use AAA for my plumbing needs. Don
