We learned we had a gas leak and I called our regular plumbing company to assess the situation. They came back with a quote that was sky high and the repair involved digging an 18ft long trench along the side of our house - they claimed it was impossible to find a leak and the best solution was to replace the whole main line from the meter. I knew I needed to call someone for a second opinion. I choose Signature Plumbing Company based on a quick look at their online reviews. On the initial call, I told Bryon what the other company thought the problem was. Bryon came out early the next morning, and determined exactly where the leak originated, gave a quote that was thousands of dollars less and completed the repair within a few hours. He also took care of all city permits, scheduled the city inspection, and met the inspector at the house to complete the process, and then worked with Atmos to get our gas turned back on. Hes professional, honest, and a hard worker. This expert master plumber saved the day!

When our water heater went out, Byron was there with in the hour of my call! It was nice to have such fast service and complete trust in a plumber! It was nice to give him the key to my house so he could take care of everything while I was at work. He replaced the water heater and added the 3 items needed to get it up to code. All with in the original quoted cost. He even took care of all the permits and inspections for us. When the inspector came he said your plumber did a great job. This company is awesome. After moving into my new home, it was discovered there was a N. gas leak. I talked to 3 different Dallas plumbing companies, 2 as seen on TV. Signature went out of their way to get me my estimate quickly and they were the lowest bid I received. The work was completed on time and with quality workmanship, I have had a few minor plumbing issues since then. which they repaired. I now consider them my personal plumber.
