I am new to the area and looking for a new gym. I thought this might be a good match because its not as franchised as some of the others in the area. The website said free 5 day pass so i went in to try a Zumba class. I was denied entry because the only way you can Try the gym is to print the pass online and bring it in or pay a $27 1 day visitor fee. I couldnt believe that they wouldnt let me Try before i buy, but I was already there so I decide to wait for an official tour although the attitude of the front desk staff had already irritated me. I sign in and wait for a good 10-15 minutes. I see a very unfit gentlemen tell another gentlemen (with a beer belly) that I need help. The gentleman who has now looked at me and told the other one that he will help me, now goes to the front desk and gives one of the girls working it a good 5 minute massage while I continue to wait. Fianlly he comes over and says "have you been helped yet?" Im guessing he was unaware that I can read lips and had been paying close attention to how UNimportant I was to him and his coworkers. Still I try to be at least toloerable while he takes me staright to a table and ask me what my fitness goals are and some other rediculous questions. I resist the urge to tell him that my fitness goals are never to be as fat as their staff and let him know that I have been wioth a gym for 10yrs, im new to the area, ive had the same trainer for 9 yrs, and I would like to see the gym and try a cpl of classes. He again tells me that they dont let people try before they buy. He shows me around the over crowded gym, the Zumba class was so full they couldnt turn in a circle without hitting one another, and the instructor looked like she was right out of a Zumba video, in which case I can just buy the video and save the brusies from the wall to wall people. At the end of the tour I let him kow that yes they do have the equipment that i need, but that I wont join untill Im sure their classes work for me, and I wouldve Joined TODAY IF I liked the Zumba class, but Im guessing they know your not going to like it which is why they go straight for the commitment and wont let you try it first. I also believe that IF they were a good gym the people that woek there would be able to stay fit. Aside from the 2 personal trainers who were very nice, the entire experiance made me realise why so many people are over weight, because places like this scare them away from trying other gyms that actually care about more than the LARGE sign up fee. This place needs A LOT of Help! 2 thumbs down! Terrible!

I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS RINGWORM, ATHLETES FOOT, SWEAT STINK, SAUNA NEVER WORK CESS POOL AGAIN! I was a member of this gym for 4 years and I cannot believe the lack of professionalism I have experienced over the last few months. First of all, where the hell do they hire these people they call management, its a bunch of stank attitude girls not women but girls who are constantly on their phones. Then when you ask them a question then you just get a blank stare rather than an effort to enunciate words, it is like they are missing a chromosome or something. I had to deal with this little fat (interesting enough you work at a gym) little girl who copped an attitude because I wanted to reinstate my account. The entire time she I was trying to talk to her she constantly cut me off, and when I asked to speak to the manager she paused and literally says "Oh wait, I am one of the managers." Almost as if she didnt realize she was a part of the management staff. Then she had the nerve to make a smirky face at me like "yeah so there." You idiot, you didnt even realize you were management until I said something. Needless to say they attempted to set my account up I snatched my car and key tag out of her hand and stated that this dump will no longer get a dime of my money and that her attitude as well as her appearance is pathetic. I went down to 24 Hour Fitness, the gym that is actually open 24 hours a day....and set up my member there. I will never go back to this place again. Not even if they paid my membership. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

This place was a nightmare. Machines were broken or the sauna wasnt working. It smelled a lot worst then a gym should and I have had many gym memberships. The worst part was cancelling with them. I sent in my letter stating I was leaving with all the information required and they said they never got it. So I had to send in another one (certified of course) with all the information again. They said it would take 2 days to process but by day 4 they still didnt have it processed before the 1st of the month meaning I would have to pay for another month on our accounts although they had it for the time they needed to close it out. I had to argue with someone on the phone that they were outside their quoted processing time period and finally the cancelation was okayed. Next thing I knew there were late fees on my account that should not have been there since they got their money each month and on time. This place is a nightmare to cancel with. Random fees here and there and trying to find loopholes in their own policy. The customer service was just as bad trying to make it sound like everything was my fault when it was clearly theirs for not operating within the given time period. Please DO NOT join this gym. You nay be thinking hey its a low monthly cost, but you are paying for broken/old equipment and the worst customer service experience of your life. It cost me $53 to cancel a membership that was $10.75 a month (per account they screwed up)

I highly advise you NOT to use this company. I had an awful experience with them. Yes, the price seems great but unless youre planning on staying with this company for the rest of your life DO NOT sign up. You will get stuck with them. First off, it will take forever to finally get out of your contract. (It took me 3 months until someone was knowledgeable enough to tell me how i could cancle my account) Second of all, once you think you got out you really didnt. They will stop your automatic withdrawals but continue charging youre fitness account and then say they sent you notifications about what you still owe even though they clearly did not. On top they will stock up late fees and then send it to collections. Once it is collection theres absolutely nothing that they can do about it, apparently.... so you have no choice to pay the amount you all of the sudden owe, unless you are ok with it affecting your credit. Every person I talked to, to resolve the issue would send me back and forth on calls. I was told twice that the manager would call me within 48h , left messages twice and never received a phone call back. Each person was extremely rude and wasnt any help at all. Just snobby. I would give no stars if I could. Dont waste your money on this company!
