**EDITED REVIEW** I arrived with a guest on Monday July 17th and one of your guys behind the desk was a complete JERK. I had gone the day before with my guest for the first time and we asked about my guest using the hydrobed. I was told that they are allowed one time. We decided to wait to use it the next day. Which was Monday July 17th. I came to the gym to relieve a lot of stress so your trainer guy behind the counter gets an attitude with me when I ask if we can use the 1 time use for my guest and I. I told him I thought it was a 1 time use and THEN he asks if she had used it and I said no. We didnt start coming till the day before. So then he mumbles something about the bed number and I ask him again what was the bed number then he gets rude with me. SO I walked away thinking WOW what a jerk and Ok I guess only one of us gets to use the bed. So I let my guest use it and I went somewhere and sat down. When she was finished she came and told me the bed next to her was going on with no one there which pissed me off even more. Why didnt you speak up dude! geez...I guess with the good rate we get attitude from those that work there. Oh wait, its suppose to be a no judgement zone...Whatever. Maybe I will change my review but right now I am mad. I am so happy they opened a Planet Fitness in Irving. This is something I have been waiting on for several years! This gym is nice and clean, great equipment and there is hardly any waiting to get on something unlike another gym in the area.

this is one NASTY fitness center,,, toilets dont work and you have to flush about 4 times to get to go down,, never any shower liquid soap so if u shower bring your own soap,, hand soap in sink area never works barely comes out,, only one person cleaning the center in the mornings a young mexican and she seems to always run into the female bathroom area when a certain female customer goes in there,, not sure whats going on with that situation?? also the black trainer with the dookie braids is always having the female customers doing weird exercises that are very questionable,, NO WAY in the world i would let my wife train with him he stares at the females ass when they not facing him and he steady smiles,, wonder how long till he makes a move on one if not already,, just a bad fitness center and will be going to another since im a black card member

I will not be returning to this location ever. Very Very nasty mens area. I worked out overnight and did not ever see a cleaning personnel once. There was paper towels in the urinal. The toilet had to be flushed 4 times just to go down completely. I always see the workers at the desk just standing around talking to each other or looking at the television so i ask myself why they do not go clean on down time? Also WAAAAY too many television channels that are on telemundo 4 to be exact. If i am correct this is America not mexiho. At first it was just 2 channels but i see they are doing like typical illegals do they try to slowly take over so we went from 2 channels to now 4. Next will be 4 to 6 and so on and so on. I will be talking to corporate about the unsanitary facility and the laziness of the employees.

I visited some of the PF locations and they are really great. The reason Im giving a one star to this one is just for the actitide of the guy in the front desk. Some other days I enter without the barcode card but they look me up in the system by my phone number and my picuter pops up in their screen. But today this guy wont let me in cause I dint have the card. I told him I left it in my apartment but ive been giving my phone number and they can look me up in their system. The guy wont do anything unless I had the card and on top of that wanted to sell me a replace card. I am wondering, if the card is such a big deal, then why the f*%# they ask about my phone nunber? Why they took a picture of me for their system? They call themself the judge free zone....well that aint happening.

I normally go to the Planet Fitness in Lewisville Texas this location however my boyfriend is signed up at and his membership comes out of my account this Jim would not let him in for the first two weeks of his membership because they said they needed to verify the account and came from even after I had sent it into the general manager they are still giving him trouble and trying to get a hold of customer service there is like pulling teeth this is horrible Ive never had this experience with any other Planet Fitness just this one that wants to see verification of the account

This is a great, basic gym. With a few perks. While it is small, especially compared to Fitness Connection down the street, it holds its own. It has a lot of cardiovascular equipment in the middle of the gym. A small dumbbell and EZ bar area, a few Smith machines and a good amount of other weight machines. There is an abs and stretching area, a circuit training sections, and another section with battle ropes and other body weight exercise aids.

This is one of the larger clubs in the DFW area. They have several Hydromassage Chairs in both flat beds and reclining, which have soothed away my aches and pains. The tanning beds seem a little stronger as well with 12 min max (versus 15 at my home club). Sure love these Planet Fitness clubs-and unless you just like to pay $60-120.00 a month for your fitness club, why would you go anywhere else?

You know, I sometimes get bothered when the staff looks and laughs at gym members, but now Im taking it as a challenge. The reason why I changed my review now is because Im giving it another chance. I was about to become a member last night But I wanted to workout and check out the place first, but the kid in the front desk said it wasnt possible, thats fine theres plenty of gyms around with awesome service so I decided to go to fitness connection.

the location is great, machines are new and clean, people wipe them off after using them, is usually packed though, but could be cause of the beginning of the year, otherwise I like it

The gym is always clean. I go to planet fitness at the times they arent really busy so Im able to get my workout in and go home. The staff is awesome!!!!!
