My movers Steven and Chris were worth every last cent!!!!! This moving company is a steal in price but exceeded my expectations in a moving company!! They unloaded quickly which isnt usually expected in a company that charges by the hour (in my experience). They had my trailer and car unloaded in a little under an hour!!! I would not only recommend this company (which I already have like 20 times) but Id recommend Steven and Chris. The part I have to brag on is I hate awkwardness. They inadvertently remedied that by asking things like " would you like us to unload the car as well" and " would you like us to go ahead and hang up your clothes in the closet" so I didnt have to feel like a bossy lady and tell them to do it! These two guys are top notch!!!!

My experience with bellhop was not so good. First, we ordered 2 bellhops and only one showed up. Which left me as the helper for the one that actually showed up. When they finally got me another guy, it allevieted me, but not after already moving giant sofas down a three story complex. After they left, we discovered many deep scratches on the wall to our new construction house, and also more scratches on our new furniture. Keep in mind that these are only college kids and not professional movers and dont exactly pack the truck in a way that protects your furniture, more like just throw it in anyway that it will fit. I would only recommend this service for simple small apartment or dorm moves rather than large houses.

I will call Campus Bellhops for any future moves as they are reasonably priced with great customer service. I really liked how, prior to our move, they confirmed our helpers with names and photos. Our bellhops, Ray and Briggs, were the best! They made it to the apartment building before we did and Ray called us right on time, to let us know they were ready and waiting. Unfortunately, WE ran an hour late so they patiently waited. Once we finally arrived, we were not sure how or where we needed to unload, but they immediately helped us get situated and had us unloaded in only half an hour. These friendly guys were professional, enthusiastic, very hard working and are individuals that I highly recommend!

These guys are absolutely the best. Cody and Alex did a fantastic job and I couldnt be happier about the moving. I rented a truck from U Haul but unfortunately it wasnt big enough to take all my stuff. Cody offered to help me out with his awesome pick up truck as an additional vehicle, which was huge. Saved me so much time and effort. Great attitudes and great communication skills. Everything was as easy and pleasant as possible. I will absolutely recommend Bellhops to anybody! One thing I would suggest is that they couldve highlighted in advance before my booking that truck was not included. It wasnt a big deal though.

I requested two guys but one was a no-show but regardless the one guy who did show up was awesome. Between He, Me, and my brother we got everything moved in faster than I expected and that was with just one guy. This one guy did try to get everything sorted out on the no-show and did try and work with Bellhops HQ to get someone else out at the very last minute but it was 8pm on a Saturday. Regardless of that the guy Bellhops provided was awesome and I would defiantly recommend them and will be using them again. Even in a situation that was not ideal everything went way better than planned.

The Bellhops arrive a little late - but phoned ahead of time to let me know. From the moment they met me at the dorm, they were 100% business. They quickly and carefully moved everything out of my vehicle into our room on the second floor. They offered to move furniture in the room as well. Because they were quick and efficient, I still had a large chunk of time Id paid for remaining upon finishing. They offered to help a couple other people with large, heavy items. Also, their personalities were kind, engaging and professional. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Very impressed with my first Bellhops experience and the level of service Rachel and Will provided. They hustled and worked non stop to get the job completed on time. Im also grateful for the accommodation of Bellhops customer service. When U-Haul didnt honor my reservation and my move date had to be pushed out a day due to a lack of available trucks, they fit me into the schedule for the next day right away when I called and didnt charge me any additional fees for the last minute change. Id happily use Bellhops again.

Our guys were super nice and polite. The issue we experienced was that they were not the best at packing up the truck and our storage unit. We didnt fit in the truck because of the packing job - my sister and I had to go back to the house (2 bedrooms) later in the day to get the rest of the load. We would have been able to fit if the guys had taken the time to survey the situation and re-pack accordingly. I would probably not book them again for a house job but would recommend them for a small apartment or dorm room.

The students were friendly and I appreciated the help. Could improve on efficency and speed. Ive moved many times and have little to move. The only large furniture was a queen bed otherwise odds and ends that fit in a 5×10 open trailer. At max the 2 1/2 hours move took 3 hours and that included help from myself and a friend of mine. Yes, I could tell the difference between hired professional movers and hired student movers.

Definetly one of the best moves we have experienced. Our daughter moved into an apartment on the 2nd floor, we needed help with the larger furniture and i was informed of this service and will definetly use again. The two gentle that showed up were very friendly and ready to help, but most importantly...very fit and had no issues carrying the furniture upstairs

Very professional guys, who worked quick and efficiently. They took better care of my stuff than I do... On the corporate side, customer service was excellent. We had to reschedule several times because our rental truck company kept changing our reservation. Each time customer service changed our time with no problem. Would and will use them again!

They were right on time! They worked tirelessly and were all so sweet and polite. It was very hot and humid, but they never complained or slowed down. I got them drinks and snacks- I didnt need anyone passing out! They really went above and beyond. If I have any furniture moving needs in the future, I wouldnt hesitate to call Bellhops again.
