I had a great experience with Ace. I found out that I got a job 1500 miles away with only a month until my start date, so time was of the essence. Additionally, this was my first time moving across the country and I was pretty nervous about it. Within 10 minutes of submitting an online estimate, I got a call from Ace to set up a time to come evaluate my belongings. We set up the appointment for just a few days later and Eric from Ace came. He was very professional and got the estimate to me within hours. He also answered my emails late at night to move the process along. The day that the movers picked my things up they arrived on time, got everything inventoried, wrapped, and packed, and loaded it all into the truck. I didnt worry about it being on the road because they sealed the containers my boxes were in with big stickers that I signed as a "tamper proof" seal. All of my things arrived on the morning they were supposed to, in tact and not damaged at all. The movers were very professional both days. In addition to having a great experience with all of the Ace staff I worked with, the cost of my move was also very reasonable compared to other moving companies. If possible, I will choose to work with Ace again for future moves.

A huge thank you to everyone at Ace Relocation for helping us with our move. It was my 5th move in 3 1/2 years and since this one was a move to a temporary house while Ace stored our furniture and boxes for a month until the last and final move....stress was high and we were just looking to make it through. But out of all the movers I have ever had (and have moved 13 times in 17 years)....Ace has been by far the best! Everyone was so professional, friendly, helpful, took exceptional care of every item they touched, and everything arrived in perfect condition. All moving companies are not the same...but I can say without a doubt...you can trust Ace. They have definitely restored my faith in movers after my last move with a different moving company which was a total disaster. Thank you for making a very hard double move go so smoothly. You all made life a little easier for me and my husband when we needed it most!

Wish I could give a -ve rating for these guys. These people took 1 month to ship our stuff from CA to TX and never gave an update on where our stuff is. And when the items arrived we got to know that they misplaced our 3 seater sofa. I am surprised as how could they misplace a 3 seater SOFA which is such a big piece in itself. They broke our speaker stands. Filing claims from insurance company is not always a solution as getting claim is a lengthy process and it is not speedy at all. It takes time and a lot of effort to find a couch which you like to be part of your living room. I would not recommend their service to anyone. big NO!!!! This review is not specific to this center but GENERAL feedback on ACE relocations services.

We used the Kyle based location for our Austin to San Antonio move and we were very pleased with the whole process. From the courtesy of the original contact, the follow through with the estimate/scheduling, the pricing, the professional team of packers and movers, it was an excellent experience. The packing/loading team worked quickly and efficiently together and were a pleasure to be around. The day of delivery, the team was extremely accommodating, were very helpful and worked so hard! We were very happy with this moving experience and would recommend their services to anyone looking for an exceptional experience with professional movers.

We just moved from Austin to Tampa and I am beyond thrilled with the service we received from Ace Relocation. The process was enjoyable and easy from beginning to end. Eric did our estimate and he was thorough and accurate, very professional. Our movers handled our items with care and were quick and efficient. Nothing was broken or damaged. Ace Relocation is the only moving company I would use or recommend. This company is the best and they have an incredible and courteous staff. Eric came out to give us a quote. He was very professional, gave us a great price and met all deadlines. The follow up on everything was excellent. They took such good care of all of our items and they were very helpful and accommodating. We moved my mom last May and then my dad last month and it was smooth sailing. I wouldnt even bother getting quotes from anyone else. You wont be disappointed!!

We did a business move out with Ace Relocation and were very satisfied with their service. They first came out and did an evaluation, to include helping us size a storage place. The movers were extremely efficient while maintaining a professional and courteous attitude. Everyone was very friendly and easy to work with. They could have spent just a little more time wrapping items and stacking them better in storage, but it was getting very late. Overall we were very pleased.

Having moved around the world the last 20 years with the US Navy I must say that my experience with ACE was quite possibly the BEST I have ever experienced. From the young lady that booked the move, Amanda Lish, to the Professional Move Team that executed the loading and unloading Marshaled by Reggie, and perhaps most importantly, the expert account management in Eric Kronebusch! (Ana) Mar 2 2012 - Really great experience with ACE Relocation. From start to finish! I was not firm on my new home closing date or time and the team at ACE was able to handle my call after hours to ensure smooth delivery of furniture to meet my family needs! The team got to my home early and with a SMILE..and ready to work. They were careful and polite! Great Team! Will recommend to anyone moving cross-country like I did.

We had a great experience with ACE Relocation from the sales guy Eric to our moving team to the accounting department. Everyone was very professional and did a great job. The move was finished in one day instead of two and the crew really worked well together. They even gave us free boxes to use to pack everything up with. I would definately recommend this moving company for all your moving needs!
