I used New Braunfels Moving Company last year when I moved to SA and was happy to call them again this year when my roommate and I moved from two separate one-bedrooms into a two-bedroom apartment. From the get-go, Alejandro was great to work with in setting things up over the phone. Customer service and satisfaction was clearly their top priority throughout the move. On moving day, Alejandro and Roy packed up my apartment quickly, which involved dealing with a LOT of heavy furniture. The second apartment was a MUCH bigger job than I had realized or anticipated when making the original reservation, but Alejandro and Roy were quick to come up with a more time-efficient solution: they called in reinforcements, Anthony and Landon. Despite the August heat, the four men were in constant motion from beginning to end and didnt stop until the job was finished. It was a massive job, and I really appreciated the way they handled the major curveball with a good sense of humor and a can-do attitude! All four of the guys were awesome, but special shout-out to Alejandro for top notch customer service on the phone and in-person. Thanks for rolling with the punches and getting us moved in, guys!

From start to finish, a GREAT experience. Contacted them on a Saturday and moved on Wednesday! Very helpful setting up the move, called, emailed, called back, emailed again. A lot attention to the customer and their needs. Lewis and Landon called on their way over to give us a heads up and were on time. We did a walk through and figured out what goes, what stays, and what still needed to be packed. Immediately set to loading while we finished packing boxes. When they had loaded what was ready, they started helping us get more boxes ready. They work FAST! They enjoy their work, were extremely polite, courteous, and professional. Neither one of them had to put a dollar in the "Cussing Jar". They kept a good tabulation of the time they actually worked, clocked out for lunch, and offered to help out any way they could. Took excellent care of our furniture and boxes. Very nice young men! Best moving crew Ive ever worked with (including my relatives). Cant recommend these guys highly enough! Very reasonable! Worth the price! So inexpensive I gave them lunch money and of course the usual movers pay... which they promised not to open till they got home for the day :-)

Best moving experience we have ever had! After using the same, local company of over 15 years-we gave Wrangler Moving a chance due to the great chat we had with John out in about in town. Landon and Josh did a terrific job prepping and packing all of our things-including giant pot plants...and safely transported them to our new home-up stairs. They took the time to place things where we thought we might want them, answered all of our questions, and made the entire morning of moving a positive one. I have and will continue to refer your company for small and large moves, and also for furniture. Thank you for making this a great experience, and for taking care of Chesney and myself.

I found out about NB Moving Company through Facebook and Moms of New Braunfels. I have moved twice before and was not looking forward to it because the process had just been so bad. From the moment John and his team arrived at my house on move day I was very impressed. They loaded and entire 6 bedroom home that was FULL of furniture in about 4 hours. They arrived at the new house and were systematic and professional at getting the furniture into the new home in an organized and timely fashion. They were finished in what I felt was record time and were fantastic to work with. Thank you guys for all of your hard work!

I needed someone to move my 93 year old Moms bed, dresser and personal items to her new "home". I called on a weekend and Wrangler Movers found a time frame for me, called when they were ready, and had the job done in no time. Everything was moved with love and care, and arrived safely. I cannot thank them enough as I wanted to get her settled in her new place as soon as possible before I had to go out of town. Quote was right on and Victoria followed up with me the same day. We used Wrangler Moving last week and I cannot begin to say how great they were. Setting up our move with them was easy and quick. They called the day before and left a message to confirm. Landon called about 30 minutes before they arrived to give us a heads up. All 3 guys on their crew were fantastic. Not one thing got scratched, dented, or broken. They moved very quickly, but carefully and never took a break. I have used another moving company in town, and after using Wrangler Moving.. we will not recommend anyone else!!

My experience with Wrangler Moving Company was awesome. They were very professional and took extra care with my household items. The screws that attach my bed rails to the head board were previously stripped from other moves. The team was able to fix it so that I can still use my bed. Im so thankful for that! Best moving company Ive ever used and trust me, I move a lot being in the oil field! These guys were very professional, nice, showed up on time, packed everything very securely. Alejandro was very nice with changing the schedule to accommodate our needs. Roy, Landon, Jose and John did a great job with packing and moving! Will DEFINITELY use again and highly recommend.

Most people write reviews when they are not happy with a service, however this is not the case. New Braunfels Moving exceeded my expectations, from the phone inquiry to the guys walking out the door after the move was completed. I would not hesitate to use their services again.
