Horrible, from start to finish. First, the supervisor, who aggressively pursues you after a random internet search contacts her, doesnt pay attention to detail. Even though Ive spoken to her SEVERAL times, she still refers to me as "Mr." Thats only the tip of the iceberg. I specifically told her that some of the items I had were boxed up from a previous move, but Id still need other things packed such as clothes, dishes, pots & pans, etc. The movers show up with not even a half a roll of tape saying that they were not informed that they needed to bring boxes for clothing or dishes or anything like that. (The move was a week & a half ago and Im STILL going back & forth moving stuff on my own.) Also, I had some empty plastic bins & some cardboard boxes that had been emptied before. One of the movers asks me: "Oh, there are some empty containers. Can you pack some stuff in there?" -Say WHAT now?!?!- Okay, regardless of whether I have empty containers there, yes it would help, but its still THEIR JOB to pack everything!!! I should ask for a partial refund but theyd probably drag that out & I just dont have the energy for that right now. Leaving it in Gods Hands. I just want everyone to be aware of what theyd be getting with this company. Make sure you get it IN WRITING what you need BEFORE the movers show up, & if theres any confusion, call the company, & if they still dont comply, send them back. The supervisor will get your email address, but you may not hear from her again until all is over & theyre trying to get a good review. (Well...) Get her to email you everything you discussed beforehand so there will be no nonsense when the movers show up. Plus, make sure they do THEIR job.

I GIVE MOVE PROS A ZERO MINUS STAR...... -0. THEY SHOULD BE CALLED "MOVE THIEVES. THEY ARE THIEVES AND NOT MOVERS. APART FROM DESTROYING MY 65" AND EXERCISE BIKE, THEY STOLE MY VALUABLES JEWELRY WORTH MORE THAN $50,000 AS WELL AS MONEY, DOCUMENTS THAT CAN NEVER BE REPLACED, ALL WERE INSIDE TWO LEATHER SUITE CASES, THEY STOLE NEW DRESSES WITH TAGS ON THEM, THEY STOLE BLACK LEATHER JACKETS, PURE WOOL BLACK COAT. THESE ARE THIEVES AND ROBBERS DISGUISING AS MOVERS. MY LIFE WILL NEVER BE THE SAME AGAIN AFTER THE EXPERIENCE WITH THESE MOVE THIEVES WHO CALL THEMSELVES AS MOVE PROS. I HAVE WRITTEN THEM TWO LETTERS AND WAITING FOR THEM UP TILL TODAY 3/31/16. PLEASE, RUN WHEN YOU SEE THESE MOVE THIEVES BECAUSE THEY WILL STEAL ANYTHING.....DO NOT CALL THEM TO MOVE EVEN A NEEDLE BECAUSE THEY WILL STEAL THE NEEDLE. I REPORTED THE THEFT TO THE POLICE AND WAITING TO HEAR BACK FROM MOVE THIEVES OR MOVE PROS. THEY DO NOT DESERVE ANY STAR. THEY DESERVE A MINUS ZERO STAR THEY ARE THIEVES AND NOT MOVERS!!!

This place is the worst! We were told that the movers would arrive between 12:00 pm and 2:00 pm. Come 2 oclock no one shows up. When we call they tell us that they are still moving another client and it would be another hour. We were up against a tight schedule and this set us back. When we called to speak to the owner for help, she tells us we have to "just wait." We explained that this was unacceptable and she responded with "YOU MUST BE THOSE SPOILED MILITARY MOTHER FERS." I couldnt believe that someone who say such a thing. She then continued to use profane language and told us to go "F@#$ Off!." Clearly this place is hostile towards the military and I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone. P.S) We are not military but we are big supporters and this is unacceptable!

WARNING: Look elsewhere to hire a moving company! The movers broke my desk, washer, and dryer, lost the cushions to my couch and then I had to argue with them to take my couch off the truck!! I reported the issue to the owner and they accused me of breaking my own items!! Reporting the issue to TxDOT does nothing...they just mediate which does nothing so its up to YOU to take the company to court for damages! Do not waste your time and money with this company. The owner is very disrespectful! And they break & lose your stuff! Bless you if they are the only moving company you can afford (like me but ended up paying more on the damage/ loss/ replacement of property. You have been warned. :(

This company is not to be trusted. They showed up 5 hours late and stole my belongings. They ignored my instructions to load the big stuff first and after 2 hours, they still hadnt loaded the beds. When I asked what was taking so long, they told me that they would take $300 cash or they would leave my stuff on the curve. After I refused, they left all my belongings on the curve and falsely accused us of taking their dollies. They had even put my sons flatscreen tv, Xbox, and dvd player in the front of the truck and did not give them back until we asked for them.DO NOT trust these guys. Some of my sons stuff was missing the following morning so the police will be called.

Move Pros was awesome. Eduardo and Derrick were very professional, courteous and careful with my precious items. I was worried as I have big, heavy pieces of furniture, including antiques, that have been damaged by past movers. He put me ease immediately be explaining how they would pad the pieces, move them out strategically and place them carefully in the van. Even though it was a long move, they still assembled all my furniture and placed it carefully where I needed it. I was very impressed. I would use them again and would highly recommend Eduardo. He took charge, had a system in place and both he and Derrick worked very hard from beginning to end.

I hired them through Thumbtack. The move was done well. The two guys who came were courteous and did everything on time. HOWEVER: They broke one of the power sockets and a wooden baluster right above it on the second floor (opening above main entrance) and did not inform me. It is a SERIOUS SAFETY ISSUE. My 2 year old child could have easily fallen down through it to the floor below (in fact, she discovered it !). A guy was sent who glued the pieces and said he will be back to replace it, but it has been over 2 weeks since. Gluing did not hold the pieces. Repeated requests to replace it was ignored. This company is not legitimate. They do not have a good DMV number it has been revoked. They do not have insurance since June of last year. If you dont believe me you can go to the TX dept of motor carriers and enter their bogus DMV number and their DOT number and you can see for yourself. They broke my washer and ignored my requests for a claim form. They ignored other calls and emails. They are not only a sham of a business they are careless. They dont need to be careful because if they break or scratch your stuff they know that you will not get any money or repairs done. This is how they operate.
