Be warned! I used Arrow Moving for a recent move from Boerne to Georgetown. Salesman, Kevin, was excellent in providing an estimate/contract. I purchased 3 cartons for moving my less than year old mattresses that was added in the contract.I was told they would be out between 8:30 and 10:00a. I had a specific deadline for being out as there was an entertainment function happening that afternoon. The moving team showed up at about 11:30 and talked about the move for about 1/2 hour. They did not bring cartons for mattresses. When I mentioned it, they sort of shrugged it off...like "oh, well!" Since, they were late, it put an extra layer of stress on already a stressful move. The salesperson had ordered two smaller trucks instead of one large one due to overhead clearance issues. They tried to cram everything into one truck and I asked why as they were quite verbal about it and they said, so they would only have to drive one truck. They litterally were barely able to get the gate closed on the truck. They were supposed to bring a track to lay down in order ot roll a baby grand piano in a crate out on a track. They didnt bring that either. There were some things on the patio that I had to move by car myself as it didnt make the one truck. I had taped a cord to a 50^ tv so that I would know where it was. It wasnt there on the set up and I asked one of the guys where it was and he said he put it in a box. I said do you know which box and he said "NOPE." Arrow is offering $200 on a $220 mattress top single bed that is less than a year old. That is reasonable. They sent release form today. I am so disguested with them, I wrote a review on their Arrow moving site and I received two emails. One stating it was "false." and the second email from someone who is out of town and I guess will be contacting me. But, you should know that anything less that a sterling great review will not be posted. All moves are stressful and difficult, but there is something particularly upsetting to me about the way that this was handled.

This is the most unprofessional moving company ever! I dont know how they are still in business. My children are moving to California and hired Arrow moving company a month before the move to assist with their move. Well they gave them a deposit and Arrow gave them a pick up date. They didnt call my children or show up. When my son called they said the truck broke down. Arrow gave them a pick up date of the 4th or 5th. They didnt call us or show up again. Then they said pick up on the 6th and that they was sorry. On the 6th no called or showed up again. My son has been on the phone with so many people from this company. Some of which had the nerve to get attitude. They even put false nots into the computer saying that they calls us when in fact each time we spoke with them we had to reach out. Needless to say we will not be using this EVER again.

Arrow sent over Martin, John, and Gabe to pack and ship my stuff. They showed up on time and got to work immediatley. They attentively listened to my instructions for a split shipment and carried them out carefully to ensure all my items would be shipped to the appropriate place. All 3 were efficient and very diligent; I dont even remember seeing them take a break through out the 4+ hour pack! Each one knew their role in the packing process well and were coordinated in their efficient execution. They were well prepared with the right equipment to neatly and delicately pack up all of my items and furniture. I dont usually leave reviews but I felt a need to leave one this time as I couldnt have asked for a better moving expirience! I highly recommend these professionals!

**Follow up on my original post** 7/26/2017 Our move went off smoothly. The movers showed up on time and worked hard loading our items. They did a good job packing things into the truck tightly so they wouldnt move around. They notified us when they would be arriving at our destination and they showed up on time there as well and did a good job unloading the truck. Courtney from Mayflower called several times to make sure that everything was going well. We had a great experience and would recommend Arrow to our friends. Original post June 2017 Victoria and Isabel showed up today to pack. Whatever they are getting paid its not enough. Those two women are some of the hardest workers that Ive met and they are happy while they do it. Great experience.

My wife had just given birth to our first child the day before; and Glenda, Victoria, John, and Martin performed the most professional and expedient pack & move Ive ever seen. The entire time they were focused on getting the job done so that I could go spend time with my wife and newborn in the hospital. I was very touched and impressed with their sincere concern for my family and property. This was by far THE BEST move Ive ever experienced during my 22 years of military service. Lorie and Glenda were amazing! Absolutely loved their service, fast and friendly, they were both very invested in making sure that everything was packed to my satisfaction and even saved my bacon a few times with items I needed to have available still. My only critique is that they only work here in San Antonio so I wont have the pleasure of their professionalism and refreshing customer service when I move in the future, they some how made move day a pleasant experience. If I could have these two every time I moved, PCSing would be a breeze, and Id probably do it more often!

This was our first PCS with the military and we had a great experience with this company. Xzavier, Devon, and Mark unloaded our things. They did an excellent job, working quickly and efficiently while being cautious with our items. They were also very polite and took the time to place boxes in the appropriate areas of our home. The only reason for a 4 star and not 5 star review is our dining table is missing, which we know is no fault of the 3 hardworking men that unloaded our goods. So far, the company has been very helpful and respectful in working on our claim for the table.

HORRIBLE! I was forced to use these people because of a military move. 2 kids showed up at my door and was not even close to being prepared to move my stuff. They didnt even have a mattress protector for my bed. Of course I have a bed! How do you forget that? I finally got my stuff back and 50% was broken and/or destroyed. For example, I had a chaise lounge that was returned to me with 3 legs. The fourth one was completely gone and two of them were broken off of the lounge. Im still dealing with DTS to get refunded for this headache. DONT USE THESE PEOPLE!
