If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Lets just start with they couldnt even spell our name correctly on the boxes. That should have been my first red flag right there. (Not like I had a choice.) Then we get to the other side where we get our stuff dropped off. (Not the same moving company on the receiving end.) I was so excited to get my stuff, finally sleep in my own bed after a month of hotels and air mattresses. Low and behold, I get my stuff, and one of my mattresses is missing...Thats right, I said MISSING!!!! Oh they also lost a box spring. LET ME JUST ADD THE MATTRESS AND BOX SPRING NEVER MADE THE INVENTORY LIST AND NOW ITS MAGICALLY MISSING! Poof, gone! How is that even possible? Upon further inspection and unpacking, we noticed there is an entire bin of toys missing. They also "misplaced" a dog food container full of hot wheels. My trash can has been through a move from El Paso to Hawaii, Hawaii to San Antonio, then this move...IT HAS NEVER BEEN DENTED IN ALL THOSE MOVES, this move, our shortest move to date, and the can looks like it made a trip down Niagra Falls. My oscillating fan is bent and will not stand up straight. There were two big flower pots we had that seem to have "vanished" as well. They also seem to have misplaced all the hardware for my entire bedroom set, and my sons crib. If you can avoid, using this company at all cost. They should lose their contract with moving military.

Apple Moving is a bad company to move your expensive items.....Apple moved me and shattered a Marble Dining Rooms Table Base that supports my 1200 lb. Dining Room Table..On 3 separate occasions I asked for and was refused extra insurance (at an additional cost) to cover my Marble Dining Table Set...I then followed all steps necessary required by Texas State Law to re-coup my damages. Apple offered the small sum of $120.00. This natural Marble could not be repaired. Due to it being ONE-OF-KIND item, ie the 2 support bases match each other AND both match the Marble Table top... Replacement meant replacing the entire Natural Marble Dining Room Table plus 2 matching bases....I took him to Small Claims Court and won a monetary Judgment against Mr. Jon Minor. He still refuses to do the right thing and pay my damages. Now he lies further saying " I checked the box (on contract) refusing extra insurance insurance"...The Judge disagreed with him - probably after Mr. Minor argued with the Judge in Court saying it was too expensive. The Judge stated " Its up to the customer, NOT YOU..!

My family was present for the movers to come in and ship our property owners household goods. One of their employees made very inappropriate comments towards my wife and 14 year old sister. I had to work, but it is shameful to even retain such scum as employees. Second, the movers left many household goods and now my property owner has to deal with finding a way to get those household goods when in the middle of a pcs move. My wife asked the movers, to ensure they removed the household goods, and the employees willfully declined to take them; later accusing my wife of telling them not to take those goods. Ridiculous and unprofessional at the least!
