I cannot even give them one star. Take my advice do not use them! They have poor people working for them. They stole my six foot ladder and are denying that I even own a ladder. I personally put that ladder and two others in my storage units and realized that on delivery day that it was not delivered. I emailed my sales person who handled and sold me on using their company and he now is not helpful at all on getting this solved. Jim Anthor was my sales person who was super nice and got me a estimate and move date fast but is all nice and helpful to get you sign up and use their services but after the move when I mentioned that I never received it ,has not followed up and not helpful at all. Also, the manager, Mitch, does not seem to return phone calls. We will see if I get any response from them now. I am now changing my review due to the fact that Mitch the GM finally handled the situation. The driver apparently bought me a new ladder and they shipped to Dallas office. I had to go out to get it but was happy to get it. Thank you for finally handling this matter. I personally put those ladders in my storage unit right before move day, prior to that they were stored at my cousins house. So, I knew exactly which unit I stored them. However, cannot give them any higher rating due to I had to complain and call and email. I finally called one day and told them to not hang up on me or put me through to voice mail and then finally talked to the manager. It should not have take three weeks for them to handle this and get me the ladder but it did. Please do your research before using a specific mover. It was my fault for not researching and doing this move at the last minute. I am still on the fence on weather I would recommend them.

Virtually everything about my move went very smoothly. From the initial visit by the salesman, to the packing of my household goods, to the final delivery, there were no surprises. All of my goods were accounted for and, so far, nothing has been broken (which is a first for me!). I highly recommend A-1 Freeman and would definitely use them again if I ever move

The movers I was dealing with lied and told me they were A-1. So far today I have received two phone calls from A-1 trying to fix this problem. Obviously I was not dealing with. So I have removed my review of the others, whoever they are. A-1 is exceedingly responsive even when it wasnt really their problem.

This is the first time Ive hired professionals for a move. Going from Texas to Tennessee, I decided it was necessary to get help. A1-Freeman did a great job. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and helpful.
