At this point, Im very upset. I live in Austin. A bed was scheduled to be delivered to my house between 3:00 and 5:00. We called at 4:52 because we had not seen or heard from them. Chris at the Austin office "used GPS" to track the truck. He said it was about 35 minutes away. It is now 6:47 and still NO delivery truck or even a phone call. We have called and left messages but since their offices close at 5:00 and clearly no one at this company works hard or is smart enough to have an after-hours number or anyone to check that deliveries made, we are now in limbo. They said to have furniture cleared for the bed to be moved easily. Everything was moved out of the bedroom. We now will probably have to move it back. To update- bed was delivered at 7:35. This company needs an actual person to deal with these issues after the office closes.

Wearhouse guys work hard. They can move an entire house in one day. They can store your belongings or ship them wherever needed.
