Their facilities are clean, and nice. The people who work there (including the managers/owners/whatever they are) could use some improvement. They werent the friendliest of all. Maybe its just not a happy place to work, I dont know. Its super expensive. I dont know anyone that would pay $1200 a year to rent a small, 10x12, non airconditioned box from them. Luckily I just needed their services for two months. When I initially signed up, I went ahead and did the automatic withdrawal. I signed the papers for it. I go to put some stuff in storage at the beginning of the month and I cant get in. I walk into the office and they said I didnt pay for the month and that I am not signed up for automatic withdrawal. They charged me about a $20 late fee regardless of my word and I couldnt do anything about it because I needed access to my stuff that they had put a lock on themselves. Would I use them again? Considering I dont know of any other gated storage facilities, possibly. But Id definitely call around and check on prices. Thats one thing I didnt do this go around. Also, this is just me being nit-picky, but unless they have a good reason for it, why on earth is the key pad to get in and out set up to where you have to get out of the vehicle? It just gets old and it seems pointless.

I reserved a storage unit online. It was listed as inside, bottom floor, downstairs. When I arrived, I found that most of the storage units were outside, unless climate controlled. They are all the same level, there is no upstairs or downstairs. Mine was listed inside because when you walk up on it, the door is covered by a hallway that is still open to the weather. There are small holes on the walls of the storage units so if it were to rain, you can bet your stuff will be getting wet. I instantly felt remorse over this unit. When I arrived, there was a sign on the door that said be back at 4:30. It was after 5. I had to call the 800 number listed on the building. They had to call the workers there and have them come to the door. When the manager did open the door, I could instantly smell beer on her and she looked like she had been sleeping. The general manager came out later and her eyes were bloodshot and she was slurring her speech. Im sure both of them were under the influence of something. I went back the next day and cancelled my unit. I didnt care about losing my payment. I just did not feel comfortable with my stuff there. If you are looking for a storage unit, I seriously suggest you do your homework before committing to one of these.

Moving from CA really can give a person the willies and I was sure that I had a reservation but it could not be found when we arrived. However, Krista made certain that I received the rate quoted when I furnished my copy and she did everything she could to make certain that I got the right size of space and that everything worked out. THANK YOU KRISTA!!! YOU RULE!!!

Reserving our storage space was quick and the person I spoke to on the phone was very helpful. Within just a few minutes, I received a call from the local manager to see if I had any further questions. When we arrived to claim and pay for our unit, staff was very polite, helpful and accommodating! Couldnt be more pleased!

From the time we reserved the unit we were always treated with respect. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the units and the customer service was tops. We needed to move to a different unit since we downsized. The staff was very helpful and helped us find the best solution that ended up saving us time and money.

Every part of my experience at CubeSmart in Georgetown was superior. The staff person was knowledgeable and helpful, and the facility is clean and well maintained. They also sold the lock I needed for a reasonable price, which was a time saver. Its well worth the drive to the north side of town.

You are not allowed to access your unit between 9pm and 6am. You can pay a $35 fee and they will grant you a special code to let into your own stuff. Although management is on site, good luck with getting her to answer the phone.
