Excellent experience. Little Guys has great customer service. I was shopping around for movers and after talking with them on the phone and getting my estimate, I stopped calling anywhere else. They were very upfront and gave me a fair estimate. Their pricing is a bit different because it is by the item and they have a minimum flat fee but even with their calculations it still came out far better than other companies. Plus they did a great job of communicating every step of the way. I received a call the day before the move, one the morning of the move, and one as they were on theyre way. They arrived exactly at the time they said. There was a 3 man crew (they didnt charge extra for a third guy like other moving companies try to do). The crew were friendly, down to business and efficient in time and packing the truck. They wrapped most items in blankets to keep from and scratching or damage. All three, Jarod, Jose and Sam, worked together well and seemed to genuinely enjoy their job. Jose was very friendly. He has a wonderful sense of humor and was pleasant and flexible when I wanted to add a few other items to the moving list. Overall great company-definitely will use them again.

This is the 2nd time Ive used you all, I plan on using you all to move the third time this August. You always get back to me with a quote within a day, its always been easy to schedule, and when it wasnt due to peek seasons, you all were still able to make it work to schedule me in, always at a fair price. As for the movers, Ive had 2 guys both times, all 4 guys were so friendly and nice, quick, efficient, and careful. I even have extra furniture I do not want anymore, and when I ran out of options to get rid of it, you all were kind enough to offer for us to give you a call and try to schedule to pick it up and help take it off our hands. I will always use you all, you have a lifelong customer. You make moving for me so easy, its honestly not that stressful, like it was before- I hired yall 2 years ago - my first time to ever use movers - and now I will always use you all. Thanks for all the help.

WOW--great job, Little Guys Movers! Scott, Trey, and Mack did an impeccable job moving my boyfriend and I into a POD in over 100-degree heat! They were incredibly friendly, professional, and EFFICIENT. They packed our POD like a jigsaw puzzle--theres no way we could have done it so well ourselves. Plus, they did the job in that awful heat in UNDER the time we were quoted, so they ended up charging us less than our estimate, due entirely to their own efficiency! Another thing--I was really appreciative that this company would move stuff into our POD. Other companies (Im looking at you, Two Men and a Truck!) wouldnt take the job due to "liability reasons." So I am doubly grateful to Little Guys. Great work--I highly recommend this company!

Let me tell you...this was no easy feat. We had a 100 in long x 4 ft deep sleeper sofa couch from RH that was heavy as all get out. We talked to Ray and his crew of Scott, Paul & Daniel. They were perfectly on time, very kind & realistic while still optimistic. The space that we had to get this couch up looked damned near impossible. We actually thought at some point that there was no way that it was going to happen. Then Ray showed up and made it rain. If you could see the engineering that they did to get this couch up a flight of stairs and into this space...it was one of the most incredible things Ive seen. Ever. I would use these guys over and over again. Thanks so much Little Guys Movers !

5.0 star rating 3/28/2017 Big thanks to the Little Guys! Cody and Connor were awesome and superhuman running on and off the truck, lifting heavy things and working in the heat at a frenzied pace. The whole staff from the first phone call to the actually unpacking of the truck was professional, prompt, courteous, hard working and knew how to do their job. We even got done early with unloading and rather than moving onto the next job the staff helped further relocate boxes and unpack. - They didnt have to, but took the time to make sure that my wife and I were satisfied with their work and their service. However, I wanted to take a moment to convey how impressed I was with the entire move. As I unpack, I am continually impressed with the thought an effort that was placed into organizing and preparing my property for the move. Cody, Jesse, and Sam all did an excellent job and worked tirelessly to facilitate my move across Austin. Beyond performing the move, the crew was very timely and communicative. I like the pricing model (per item) because it allowed us to make specific decisions about items we could or couldnt move ourselves. I liked the customer service, both in person and over the phone. The guy I contracted with on the phone couldnt have been more pleasant, cheerful, and helpful. Our moving crew was also great. The guys were very strong, very good-natured, and very careful with the furniture. They were just great. In the process of this huge move, they were the most pleasant service experience we had. I recommend them. Highly.

I have been moving all of my life and I dread it everytime. Little Guys Movers sent two very polite and professional men over. They helped us with every little thing we needed quickly and carefully. I was impressed with how willing both of the movers were to go above and beyond my expectations. Best moving experience ever! I will never use anyone else. Both of the gentlemen helping us move were so kind, personable, and took extra good care of our belongings. Nothing broke and they had to carry some pretty bulky pieces up four flights of stairs. 10/10 would recommend!!
