I recently contacted Apple Moving in August to help my girlfriend move from a 2nd story apartment to a 3 story house. I have worked with a number of moving companies over the years and I have to say that everyone at Apple was amazingly friendly, supportive, and experienced. On the day of the move, the two movers showed up on time and with great attitudes. They clearly knew what they were doing and didn’t waste any time. Within 10 minutes of pulling up, they were already several loads into hauling the heavy stuff down the stairs. They were extremely careful moving an antique wardrobe from the early 1900’s and professionally broke it down into moveable sections. The entire move-out process was completed in less than two hours and before we knew it, we were already on our way to the new place. The unload process was even quicker. They never once complained about the narrow stairway or 3 flights of stairs. Everything made it safely without as much as a nick to any piece of furniture. Thanks again for a stress-free move! I will be calling you again for the next move!

My family and I used Apple Moving on September 16th, 2015 for a move from Austin to Pflugerville. We moved from a third-floor apartment (stairs only!) to a two-story townehouse. Ruben, Dylan, and Joe were all very professional and personable. Lets face it, if youve moved a lot, youve definitely met movers who are creeps and weirdos. These gentlemen were nice and normal. After a walkthrough of our belongings, they turned on some music and got to work, very quickly maneuvering down two flights of stairs with our stuff. The unload was even faster! I was particularly impressed with how the crew went upstairs so carefully. One thing to note, they charge per item, based on the type (i.e. bed, chair, small box, large box, etc.). Your quote will be as accurate as you are. I would use them again, as the experience couldnt have been better.

I agree with the first review...these guys are clowns. They lifted my $5k Tempurpedic mattress from the alignment handles even though I told them not to because they were not made for carrying the heavy mattress. Eventually of course, they did it when I wasnt looking. The handles and mattress cover all ripped, the mattress fell and was dragged a few inches across a parking lot. They put it on the bed with the ripped side down, but they couldnt hide all the dirt that was all over the mattress. Be prepared for some serious casualties if you hire Apple Moving.

My last move was 12 years ago with a different company. It took almost all day. With more stuff during this move, I was anticipating another long day, but Ruben and Andrew did it all in about 3 hours. They made the move experience fun and easy. Everything (even the massive armoir) was handled carefully - no bangs, not even thuds. They made sure that furniture was placed to my specifications. Both men were efficient and friendly - I am so glad I selected them for my move. I will absolutely choose Apple Moving for any of my moving needs!

The movers were supposed to arrive between the times 12 and 2:00. Not only were they late (arriving at 3), but they did not call us to let us know they would be late - we called them. By the time they loaded up everything, it was 4:30 and they were then moving our stuff during rush hour traffic; making the time we were paying for at least 30 min to an hour longer than it wouldve been. We were very unhappy with the price because of this. On a positive note, the movers themselves were very pleasant and did not break anything during the move.

Please read the multiple 1-star reviews/horror stories about these guys -- these movers are unprofessional, inconsiderate, and slow. The companys itemized pricing scheme encourages price gouging and last-minute adjustments during the move. They also still operate as if in the 90s and write your credit card information on a piece of paper -- perhaps its coincidence, but I wasnt shocked when I received calls from my bank the following day about fraudulent charges. Choose ANY other company.

I used Apple Moving to move from a south Austin second story apartment to a home in Leander. The movers, Guillermo and Lawrence, were fast, friendly and moved everything with care. I have some expensive wooden pieces that have been damaged in the past but these guys were so careful to watch all door frames, stairs and corners. I move a lot and this was by far the easiest move Ive had. When I move again this is the company I will be using and if I can, Id request the same movers!

I used Apple Moving when I moved to Austin and when I moved away from Austin. The first time I used them, two men managed to carry all of my belongings to my third floor 2/1 apartment in ~45 minutes. They were very courteous and arrived on time. The second time I used them, two men packed the truck with my belongings in 1 1/2 hours. Also very polite and were available earlier than initially planned. Wonderful service and highly recommended.

These guys are awesome and know what they are doing. Joe B and Rene were fantastic and great to work with. Both of them knew how to get everything from one place to the other in the most efficient and safe way. Moved my entire apartment including a large glass collection and not a single glass was broken! They take the pain out of moving. Save yourself the hassle and give these guys a call, ask for Joe B and Rene, you wont be sorry.

Apple Moving - Josh and Keyon - picked up 5 pieces of furniture and 3 boxes this morning and were exceptional. They called ahead of arriving and were very professional. They were very careful - I had 1 antique piece and boxes of glassware. They wrapped everything. Furniture was upstairs and they had to move it down and out front door - no problems. They were efficient and did not waste any time.

They arrived during the allotted time slot, began to work immediately and continued to work hard throughout the move. Dont use for long distance move. Told them 4 weeks before my move that we had a 3 day window to get the goods to FL. One day before they were going to pick up, they informed me that they couldnt guarantee the dates and were looking at the next week to deliver - when we werent going to be in FL. Poor communication between Apple and the Long distance carriers. Local guy was nice but worthless.
